Honestly, Blender should be using this guy as their poster boy for the company.
I would be surprised if they were able to find a person who is
1.) Extremely knowledgeable on the software
2.) Enthusiastic about new features and releases
    3.) Charismatic as fuck

That is true, however he has a motion tracking one that will work for anything, really. But I agree, (on your first comment) Andrew should do a blender VFX tut.

*CG Matter / Default Cube* has excellent tutorials (fast & slow) on camera/motion tracking, projection painting & compositing. *Ian Hubert* works in VFX & does a lot of practical 3D modelling for background scenery with camera projections & hacks. *Darkfall* has lots on VFX, but I have only seen a couple. Also *CG Geek.*
Plus, when Blender's compositor gets too annoying, *TJFREE* has a good intro to Natron (Nuke-like compositor). Also, Olive for video editing (which is even less Blender's forté... ^^).

@@AliasA1 i agree that big old studios wont switch to blender, but i am not surprised new studios are using it, and not because it is free. As for the support there is always the community for small and medium problems, as far as big problems go blender devs might want to help studios or you can look for professionals. I downloaded Houdini but i never got into it since i cant find the time, but it is a program i will learn one day.

Gaming Needed ok. Blender is not better then leading vfx softwares. Being able to do multiple things is one thing, but doing them better then they are done in other leading softwares is another thing entirely.
