    Teo,
This is a terrific piece of work and thank you.
My wife and I will be going to Como City in two weeks staying at the Albergo Terminus and using the city as a base to explore the Lake area and Lugano, Switzerland. This video now and all your past ones have been most helpful in us making our plans.
    Steve

      @@teolivingonthelake Hi Teo,
Thank you so much for all the help you provided to my wife and myself. Your videos are terrific and they convey your zest for your home. The fact that you also answered my questions along the preparation period was amazing.
She and I just returned from Milan yesterday and we spent much time around the Lake with the Albergo Terminus as our base in Como. We explored Como city, Chernobbio and Bellagio as well as other Lake-side towns as well as Lugano in Switzerland. We also did a number of your suggested activities. We even added a little twist to one: We took the funicular up to Brunate (a good day one activity in retrospect) but instead of taking it down, we snaked down the winding walking path on the side of the mountain. It took a little over an hour and we enjoyed the challenge. We are both in our sixties now and enjoyed that we can still handle this kind of activity. On a number of occasions we remarked "we will definitely be to the bottom 'soon'".
I liked staying in Como city and using that as a base. It is very convenient to Malpensa and I liked the fact that it has more of a 'real place to live' flavor than some of the more famous places around the Lake. Bellagio is awesomely beautiful but the swarms of tourists there (on a Sunday in September) detract a little bit from the experience. It must be kind of neat though to be there in the off-season.
In any case, we are back in New York City now and already thinking of upcoming adventures.
To all those who are reading this, Teo's videos are uniformly excellent and you should check them out on her channel. Teo: if you'd like, please feel free to move or put this comment on other videos of yours, if you'd like.
