The guy was on video harassing her, saying “you wanna see the picture? It’ll be all over Facebook in a few hours!” There is a police report with the police WITNESSING him harassing her - driving around her - coming back and forth several times. The police also attested to the slashed tire, and the tracking device. They had EVIDENCE of this and they WITNESSED aspects of it. They saw the picture too - which was posted from the Facebook account she no longer had access to - and said they couldn’t remove it or charge him because of some technicality. AND there is an email FROM JP admitting he did all this… This video here makes me think he absolutely killed her. I wasn’t fully convinced before - but this level of lying and shaming her in death - he did it… investigate him! He had to have made some error that could unravel this tangled web and get justice for Mica.

How is it legal, for a private investigator, to put tracking devices on your car, and for the devices to damage your tires? That's a violation of ones civil liberty.
Since adultery is a crime in SC, it is legal for a spouse (or even in the middle of divorce) to hire and/or put tracking devices on the other person's vehicle in order to catch them cheating. It is considered marital property, so not illegal.
It's legal in about half the states and Illegal in other states. I moved 3k miles away from an ex that also put trackers on my car. I moved to state where it is illegal to add a tracker.
JP needs a psych evaluation ordered by the Judge, and expose all of Mica's medical records. I believe that if she was given medication, it was on the urging of JP upon the doctors to influence them. Nothing wrong with Mica. JP's a nutcase.

I diagnose and treat the diagnoses he claims she had. Even IF she had a psychiatric diagnosis, saying she has schizophrenia is not coexisting with bipolar 2. Lithium also does not treat schizophrenia and doesnt help hallucinations at all. To date, all “evidence” shows his narcissism-and that she is logical/organized/goal directed and does not appear to be psychotic. He is a pathological liar.

Many years ago I was the babysitter for a man who had just gotten divorced, yet they shared custody of their children. I was a naive 22 year old young lady who became romantically involved with that man. The man would put things in my head about his ex wife saying things like: " Be careful she's full of demons, she's crazy, she needs meds, etc.... That man was so good at manipulating me into believing anything he would say, that I too started thinking horrible things about his ex. Things got so heated between his ex and I that we even ended up getting into a physical altercation. It wasn't until a few years later when I finally opened up my eyes and began seeing him for the deceitful, conniving person he truly was. I had no idea he was telling his ex the same things about me that he would tell me about her. Much like Mica, I was many years younger than that individual, so he really knew how to manipulate my mind and make me feel like I was the crazy one and that I was the one who needed mental help. I'm just glad I got out of that toxic relationship and never turned back. My deepest condolences to Mica's family.

And it’s not currently illegal to be an a-hole, so drive by verbal assault like what we saw him do on video would be hard for them to charge him on. They did warn him to stay away from her though. And the rest of the times they weren’t there to witness, so it was he-said-she-said and JP constantly refrained “I would never do such a thing. I’m so sorry. My wife is mentally ill. I’m trying to get her her meds, but she’s been very non-compliant.” He even had a pick up order out on her on that day that police witnessed him harassing her, so technically they could have tried to grab her and put her on 5250 that day.

How is it legal, for a private investigator, to put tracking devices on your car, and for the devices to damage your tires? That's a violation of ones civil liberty.
Since adultery is a crime in SC, it is legal for a spouse (or even in the middle of divorce) to hire and/or put tracking devices on the other person's vehicle in order to catch them cheating. It is considered marital property, so not illegal.
It's legal in about half the states and Illegal in other states. I moved 3k miles away from an ex that also put trackers on my car. I moved to state where it is illegal to add a tracker.

I diagnose and treat the diagnoses he claims she had. Even IF she had a psychiatric diagnosis, saying she has schizophrenia is not coexisting with bipolar 2. Lithium also does not treat schizophrenia and doesnt help hallucinations at all. To date, all “evidence” shows his narcissism-and that she is logical/organized/goal directed and does not appear to be psychotic. He is a pathological liar.

Part of the assessment process is having those closest to you complete a questionnaire and the individual. He clearly circled ALWAYS and gave her 5’s for every question. She had no diagnosis or her family never had mental concerns before he started grooming her

Many years ago I was the babysitter for a man who had just gotten divorced, yet they shared custody of their children.
I was a naive 22 year old young lady who became romantically involved with that man.
The man would put things in my head about his ex wife saying things like: " Be careful she's full of demons, she's crazy, she needs meds, etc....
That man was so good at manipulating me into believing anything he would say, that I too started thinking horrible things about his ex.
Things got so heated between his ex and I that we even ended up getting into a physical altercation.
It wasn't until a few years later when I finally opened up my eyes and began seeing him for the deceitful, conniving person he truly was.
I had no idea he was telling his ex the same things about me that he would tell me about her.
Much like Mica, I was many years younger than that individual, so he really knew how to manipulate my mind and make me feel like I was the crazy one and that I was the one who needed mental help.
I'm just glad I got out of that toxic relationship and never turned back.
My deepest condolences to Mica's family.
