Ukraine is now the testing site for these weapons on both sides…the NATO lead by the United States and that of Russia with her allies. Not all nations supports this war between Ukraine and Russia. War is costly and not only affects civilian lives but also the economic prosperity of a nation. The world is also affected because of the increase in prices of commodities, particularly gas and oil. I hope these two nations will finally arrive to an amicable settlement, otherwise, many will suffer and worse, could spill out to World War Three.

We've got supersonic missiles but so far our hypersonic missile programs haven't been having success flying them in the air outside of their computer programs.

Then US announced Ukraine to be part of NATO putting nukes on Russia/Ukraine border. US would not change position. Russia sent troops into Ukraine.
Zelensky and Putin, March 2022 agreed on peace. Boris Johnson flew in and tore agreement up. Z. then became USA talking head. Merkel, former leader of Germany, announced the "West" had no intention of honouring Minsk and was taking the 8 years to train Ukraine troops and supply them with weapons. Silly troll. Did you also fail math class? How much explosives do you think a HIMARS shell can carry? And how much explosives do you think you need to destroy a couple HUNDRED FEET of solid re-enforced concrete dam that is like 50 feet thick?
A HIMARS or other artillery shell is doing well to blow a hole in a 6 inch thick masonry wall. The damage to that dam would have required HUNDREDS OF SHELLS, all of them perfectly on target. And still would not have done the damage that deep below the water line. Later shells would be hitting the surface of the water and blowing up.
So it's either brilliant Ukrainian commandoes with several THOUSAND POUNDS of explosives sneaking that past sleeping Russian guards... or it was Russians. Only very stupid people think it was the commandoes.
Keep in mind that the USSR had eight (8) times as many successful space launches than the US did.
