A pick your own fruit day would be cool to have one day and may bring in a lot of business. Most places only do apples, blueberries and such but your interesting fruits like persimmons, goji berries, beauty berries, figs makes it very unique
I do want to make like a public upick demonstration garden. That was more my desire than having the nursery. Maybe just selling the plants that I demo. So everyone can take a little piece home.
I literally want to take a road trip to buy one of everything! Your plants look so big, healthy and green. Most nurseries only sell tiny plants but yours are so full and mature
I have decided to work more on the public gardens, I wish to provide. I sort of eventually like to be a destination. Generally speaking most nurseries are selling allot of their plants. So they are constantly getting new plants in. Our plants keep being repotted into bigger pot because they are here so long.
Regarding your watering trays you thought were a good idea - with my closet seedlings what I do is I have them all in those foil trays. I water from the bottom and then I come back an hour later and I just dump all the water out. Doesn't take too much time and seemed to work really well! Can't be prevented with a hurricane though but maybe just take the trays away when hurricanes are incoming.
Yeah I keep my closet at 90 degrees and use the foil to reflect the grow lights as much as possible. Took a while to figure out the best watering solution in my mini jungle closet lol but I think I got it

Most times it is keeping them wet in 100 degree weather is a problem but when there is an abundance of water it can go the other way
