Just traded my 19 23LSV for RI 245 here in SC. Very happy we did.
We demoed the RI 237 but the 245 is in a completely different league on technology and surf wake. No more goofy step up and over to bow, push bottoms next to screens and old school stereo controls. The price difference was much lower than I expected.
Mitch - Can you add an in-depth video on using the new screens? Would be great to repeat your wake tuning series in a 245

Hello, great video. In your opinion, is the warrior system a must have upgrade? I think its almost double the cost of the coverfire2.0 and more than double the champ option? Is the Coverfire 2.0 an upgrade compared to previous years downfire?
The Warrior system is only a must have upgrade if you really care about sound a lot. Coverfire 2.0 is an upgrade from Downfire (think of it as a suped up Downfire system), but it doesn't have the sound projection capability, volume or bass that you can get with Warrior.
I’d love to see a comparison video between the surf wave behind this and the new G23 hull design. However, I suspect that given how new both boat designs are, that will be next to impossible. Also curious how the bow rise is on the RI245?
Based on the experience of people that have surfed both, it isn't a close comparison. The new G23 is generally considered to be just below the level of a Ri237. The new Ri245 is SIGNIFICANTLY better than the Ri237 and is really in a league all it's own.
Thank you for taking the time to reply! I really do appreciate feedback. That being said, I’ve surfed an Ri237 and the 2021 G23 hull design and there really isn’t much comparison anymore. The new G23 is considerably better. However, I do believe the Ri245 is likely more in line with the G. I would agree with you if it were the old G23 hull design we were discussing, as the Centurion wave is far more customizable. The new G23 really picked up the slack in its ability to tone down or ramp up the wave. Either way the Ri245 looks like it throws a pretty sick wave and the large dual dash touchscreen was a nice addition. Centurion looks likes they knocked it out of the park here!
I need to know more about this thruster, I know Malibu came out with one. Curious or where it mounts and how it works.

When can I order one!! What are the differences between the Ri257 and the new Ri245?
We are taking orders on them right now and they will probably sell out for the year by January/February.
The list of differences between the Ri245 and Ri257 is long, but here is a quick list:
New Dash / Helm Design
New Body Lines
New front end / headlight / bow design
New Transom Design
New interior features
New Audio System
Modified Running Surface
They are similarly sized boats and have similar performance, though the Ri245 will produce a slightly better wakeboard wake and surf wave.
What is the starting price for this boat? Higher than the Ri237 I’m assuming
How will these boats handle in sea conditions? Medditeranean 4-5bft will sink it?
4-5 ft. waves won't sink this boat for sure. It isn't designed for sea conditions, but will handle it well and we have some people that use them on intercoastal waterways.
How does this Ri245 compare to the Ri257?
The Ri245 has a lot of features and changes from the Ri257. The 257 is a bit bigger and the 245 has more features and a surf wave that is a bit larger.
Today was another huge failure behind my friends 2018 Centurion RI237. For at least the 4th time the trim tab broke off the boat after being repaired by the dealer repeatedly. It came completely off, again. To add insult to injury, after sitting there realizing our afternoon of surfing was over after only one person surfed, then the boat wouldn't start. Another repeated problem. Checked everything we could, neutral, battery is fine, hit the button and nothing. We were towed back to the boat ramp by a jetski. Talk about the tow of shame. Undoubtedly this could very well have ended this summer's surfing as this boat will never be fixed or work properly. Aside from this huge issues, the quality of this boat is sub par. Screws falling out of hinges, latches falling off. The wake honestly is crap on the right side for some reason. It's had software update and update, repair after repair. I feel really bad for my friend who's spent a fortune on this boat.

I'm sorry your friend is having an issue. Based on what you have said it sounds like the problem he is having is more of a problem based around the dealership that is helping him as opposed to the boat itself.
Boats can have issues from time to time, but if it is a chronic problem that continues to occur it typically means it wasn't addressed properly to begin with.
There are exceptions to this, but in general you can ask 100 Centurion boat owners and 95 of them will tell you it performs better and is more reliable than all of their friends boats that aren't Centurions.
Only issue with my 2017 217 was a bad thermostat, replaced under warranty in a day. Overall everything is excellent with no problems and my teenager uses it way more then me.
