- In this video, we're talking about Hannah splitting from @citizenqueen along with their label split. We will discuss all the details about the break up including the reasons and what happened next. Citizen Queen is supposed to be releasing their Christmas collab with Dinah Jane. I'm been a fan of these girls for a while now. I everything works out well for them post RCA. I believe the label didn’t want them to do originals so they didn’t signs a new contract with them and went independent. I think Hannah left because of them going independent because she figured if they would be independent she might as well focus on her self as an independent artist
interesting!
I’m seriously rooting for them. I think that So Special their new single is a bop. It just needs traction. If I was them being independent I would reach out to people who make reviews on UA-cam and ask them to promote and review my song. I think they have EVERYTHING they need they just lack promotion. They need to hire a publicist cause I’m not sure their current one is fully seeing the potential.
Apparently they recently wrote a song for the K-pop group twice.
I think they definitely need more recognition and they should be able to get interviews on bigger channels like you said now that they have their debut EP coming out. A lot of ppl also have said though that they felt like Hannah left the group too early considering they haven’t gotten big yet and haven’t released an EP/Album. Others are saying she could’ve released solo music while remaining in the group, and others have said that it made sense she left considering she was on the voice and had a bit of a solo career b4 CQ. However, the 4 of them I can see going far…they just need to get more recognition
On their tiktok they made a video that said that they are now independent but at the time they weren't really allowed to release any music so that's most likely why they are posting more music now! The video was posted on 9-15 !!
thanks so much I don't go on Tik tok a lot
The group honestly still has potential as a 4-piece.. they still sound great , my only issue is their image .. it needs to be properly thought out .
Hannah wasn’t my favorite but everything seemed more put together and thought out while she was in the group . “Waste My Time” is my favorite video of them as a 4-piece !! they all looked GREAT.
yeah I liked that song, that along with XO. And I kinda got confused on their direction when they dropped so special. It def has a younger vibe to it but still good though I hope they stay more mature.
I feel like a Zachary Campbell video is exactly what they need
I think they were better as a five-piece act and 'Call Me Queen' was their best song.
I love their song XO
bruh I stay having it on repeat
No ego really slaps as well
It’s sad to say but i lost a bit of interest once Hannah left and she wasn’t even my favorite member. I feel like i fell in love with the 5 of them so going to 4 i now feel a void.
Also RCA never does right with any of their groups. It’s almost like they only sign the artist to a distribution deal because they never promote these people. Next thing you know they’re dropped. Good Girl and Next Town Down for example.
Omg and good girl didn’t even have an announcement!
Mee to. I didn't especially like Hanna, but she left a gap behind her - they would sound a lit better if they take a 5-th girl with them
CQ on Terrell... I would scream.
Bruh same, I’m tryna find a way to get them and a few other me and upcoming girl groups on a show catered for them
slow down and work on your diction, take the chewing gum out, work on that lisp.
Jesus greg just don’t watch
What I’m confused about it Pentatonix going back to RCA. In early 2022, their contract with that label finally ended and everyone thought they would go under someone else since RCA was giving them absolutely no promo and forcing them to release Christmas albums every single year. But then PTX came out with their latest holiday album under RCA and people were so confused. I’m glad CQ did the right thing of leaving that crap label but I seriously hope they start to hit the mainstream soon. Like you said they just need more involvement with interviews, reactions, etc
