Two movements has been a Utah law for decades. It is to prevent accidental discharge, and thus unintentional injury. It has it's history in hunting and transport.. zthanks for the video.
The no loaded handgun while hunting if you have your CCW is false. I spoke to a DWR (federal officers) agent last year, and the CCW is the ONLY legal way to have a loaded handgun while on a LICENSED hunt. Rabbits, coyotes, and now cougers, it doesn't matter. Deer, Elk, etc, you need your CCW
he needs to brush up on the law. Especially 76-10-502, missleading the public like this could turn into a misdemeanor. unless youre ccw, you cannot carry loaded, openly or concealed.
The trigger is a mechanical movement.
Conceal Carry Permit in Utah allows conceal carry in schools.

I know that some employers that have company policies against weapons DO make an exception for valid permit holders.
He needs to read 76-10-502 when a weapon is deemed loaded. nothing in the firing position and any mechanism once.
Can you please talk about having a medical cannabis card and a permit or even owning a gun in Utah?
You can carry in public schools.
Concealed

Would open carry be considered brandishing?
Pretty sure it’s fine if the handgun is in a side holster. Lots of people do that in Utah.
Only if it’s in your hand. Leave in your holster and you’ll be fine.

You can’t conceal carry in Utah without a ccw??
You can’t carry with a round in the chamber. No ‘cocked and locked’ without a CCW. We’re a constitutional carry state.
