@@tylerlacquette345 - Honestly, I don't know how am I going to explain how TAS works. TAS means Tool-Assisted Speedrun/Superplay, where human skills are not just enough. I use a video editing software to make my video smooth, but the gameplay is still 30 FPS.
@@tylerlacquette345 TAS means that he's using a program or slowing down the game so he can precisely control the inputs on a frame by frame basis beyond what a human reaction time reasonably could. I don't know exactly what he does to achieve 60 fps, I know there's supposedly a 60 fps AR code you can use on PCSX2 but I haven't tried it. You can also use lossless scaling on PC to generate interpolate frames which makes it look like 60 fps but the input latency is still that of 30 fps
