Request you to while using Shortcuts please appear that shortcut in the form of text on Screen...then we can easily understand..
Ctrl + Shift + ⬇️ = Selection of all data
Ctrl + Backspace = go to first row
Alt + E + S + V = Value Paste
Alt + E + D + C = Delete entire column
Ctrl + E = Flash Fill
Alt + H + B + A = border
For Deleting entire column ---> 1st select entire column(Ctrl+space) then remove(ctrl+ -).

Sir, Many times I ve heard ,By the name of freelancing they trap the people and fraud threating legal action in different ways. I mean they intentionally do this. Can u plz guide us the genuine freelancing websites to avoid this type of fraud or harassments.
Yes its true. See, you will face it everywhere. One way to figure out is to is if they ask you money and promise to give you work in return then simply avoid it. Its a scam.

Thanks for video. Mr. Lokesh, the example that you demonstrated had a fixed 9 digit account number, decimal(7,2) and constant 2 character text, for which the solution worked well. However, for a real life example, the account number could be variable (1 thru 9 digits or greater), similarly dollar/rupee amount could be variable and lastly text length could be variable. So, how to create a solution for this type of variable scenarios with both the approaches ( old and new(Flash Fill)) methods? And how to cleanse bad data when there is a need for it with few sample examples. I know trim function is widely used, but any others which you may used would be good to know. Thanks!

Thanks for various thought provoking tips. I say though provoking because, the tips does not work exactly the way you told. For example, I tried with flash fill downloading your sample file. I first filled the account No in 1st row then used Ctrl+E in 2nd row. It did not work. Then i entered few more entries, only then it worked in account column. In Amount column, it gave manty errors and gave 1 or 2 many times which were wrong. Can you throw some light on it?
