VSTACK is available in Excel in Microsoft 365 version 2208 (Build 15601) and later, not in older versions of Excel.
I like your teaching method because it is way better than others but I have a question the dates are not correct. love from Pakistan
Some changes can be noticed in the case of "Order Date" and "Ship Date". Those data do not remain the same after doing this trick. In those cases, some values show instead of the dates. This is a problem for this type of trick I think. Do you have any solution for that?

VSTACK is available in Excel in Microsoft 365 version 2208 (Build 15601) and later, not in older versions of Excel. Availability. Both VSTACK and HSTACK can be found within the Lookup & Reference category of the Excel Function Library. If they're not, then it means you don't have a current Microsoft 365 subscription.
