- MasterChef Canada S03 E08 Full Episode: For their next team challenge, the home cooks arrived at Mississauga's Hansa Haus and had to cook gourmet sausage dishes with a topping and a side for 250 people in celebration of Oktoberfest, and the team with the most sales was safe from elimination. Shawn, Mary and Terry were the captains of the Red, Blue and Green Teams respectively. Shawn chose pork as his protein, while Mary chose lamb, leaving Terry with beef. Shawn chose Jeremy and Jacqueline, forming the Red team, and Mary chose Veronica and Matthew, forming the Blue team, while Terry chose April Lee and was left with Jennifer, forming the Green team. The judges announced that one member each from the Red and Blue teams could be saved from the pressure test, and that all members from both teams decided be deciding who would be saved. The Red team decided to save Jeremy, while the Blue Team decided to send Veronica to safety. The rest had one hour to prepare freshly made ricotta cheese and then make a ravioli dish and a gnudi dish. Mary made the best dish, leaving Jacqueline, Shawn, and Matthew in the bottom, and Jacqueline was eliminated.

Last 2 episode we lost really good chefs and she is still standing strong, like what the heck xD.

I'm sorry she might be nice but Jennifer is below par. I haven't seen a single elevated dish from her thus far. Reminds me of Julie from season 1
But you know what, she's good to have on a team challenge, she won't try and complicate things, she'll follow orders and help you deliver your dish
A fun episode, feel this is where we started to see Terry in a sense slowly crumble, despite what he had shown to this point, the team challenge sort of worked against him in that he's maybe not the best leader but the team worked hard to make it happen, plus April Lee's background helped.
Surprise surprise... April Lee has a background of making sausages. The green team has got a surprising advantage...
she was waiting for the perfect opportunity to underhandedly chide him for not listening to her. hahaha
Terry struggles with his leadership but thankfully April Lee is there to help him ❤

If you want to taste beer, I can take you to a local brewery - they'll show you how it is made and you can have a taste. Meaning, you're not driving after visiting :)

well i like that they have to do german inspired food buuuuut as a German i can say 250 people is rather small for an Oktoberfest with is a LOCAL special event in Munich (the rest of germany didnt rly care the only reason to celebrate this is to get drunk of white beer that is quiet low an alcohol compare to other beers).
