There was one other original Fuzz Throne made for Conan's first US tour, it had red, white, and blue knobs on it. It is a surprisingly diverse fuzz pedal, and I ended up using it to track the main guitar sound for Un's first album, The Tomb of All Things. I needed a lot more clarity than what you would typically expect from this kind of fuzz and it absolutely delivered! Unfortunately that pedal has been lost to time, so I am extra excited to get my hands on one of these!

Such a massive sound! Question for you…. I usually play modern or death metal so I usually double track guitars whenever I’m creating originals. Do guitarists in this type of metal double track guitars? I’ve tried with fuzz and a treble booster but it comes out sounding like an overdrive effect.
Hey man, double tracking is very common in doom. In fact, there are 4 guitars in each of the playing sections in this video
Yes, it's common. In fact, listen to Conan with headphones, you will very clearly hear multiple guitar tracks panned to different locations, with different tones.

It's brutal!
It sold out so fast before I even realized what it was it was gone. I knew I couldn’t scoop 1 up off the bat so I thought we’ll I’ll just wait a month or 2 for one to show up. Sure enough it did. Got mine off Reverb (too much $$$) tried it out yesterday… I regret nothing…. Now my wall of doom is complete. Been playing Conan and Bongripper riffs nonstop now.

As of right now we don’t have any plans to do a lefty in Tobacco burst. I do think you could convert a righty to play great left handed with a Hipshot Tone-a-matic bridge and a new nut though.
