@Maximilian Bien I've only lucid dreamt once before and it was on complete accident, I was legit driving a car in my dream. One of the craziest experience of my life. I could like feel the wind and eveything. Coincidentally this was the first time I've ever had sleep paralysis, there was no "sleep paralysis demon" or anything like that. I just woke up and couldn't move for a few seconds. Seriously crazy stuff.

@Maximilian Bien unfortunately for me I realized I was in a dream and completely lost control and freaked out and ended up in sleep paralysis. There are many known like "formulas" to get to a lucid dream and I used one accidentally. I woke up in the middle of my REM sleep (I think I had to turn off a light or something like that) and went right back to sleep. That's when I had a lucid dream. Even though the dream was short, I've never quite experienced something quite like that in my life.
@Maximilian Bien no no no, you can get sleep paralysis without lucid dreaming, and you can also get lucid dreams without sleep paralysis. I'm just saying that when I lucid dreamt that one time I woke up in sleep paralysis. Also, sleep paralysis isn't necessarily scary even though it has a scary name. I didn't see any demons or anything like that, just couldn't move, I took a few breaths and tried wiggling my toes and I was out. It's really nothing to be afraid of. I hope this helps!!
