Producers and buyers, mostly, have their own quality standards, quality understanding.
We are not an exclusion, and, of course we grade beans accordingly to OUR understanding of vanilla beans' grades.
The video shows OUR Grade A (gourmet grade), B (extract grade) and X (broken and widely opened beans) and lets you better understand which grade is fits better to your requirements
