- We go over our servo programmer. We discuss all of the parameters, setting them what their features are. We also demonstrate how to program your smart servo from a winch to a servo, and back to a winch.

Howdy! Possibly dumb question while waiting for my USB link to show up in my mailbox.
I want to adjust the servo neutral position, which I can do with the programmer. However... can I do it "live" or do I have to guess, flash it, plug it back into the truck, check it, reconnect to the programmer, adjust, reconnect to the truck, see if it's right this time, etc.. ?
I'm really liking the idea of the anti burn-out feature while I have the damned thing wedged against a rock shelf... lol
Thanks for your time!
it will not adjust live. so the long process you posted LOL. Yeah the dampening feature is great. hope you guess right the first time. you got this!!
@reefsrc Eh, fair enough. I don't MIND doing it the hard way- I would just hate to do it the hard way and find out later that I didn't need to. Thank you.
@reefsrc Programmer showed up today. Took me a couple tries to get it close enough to where I wanted it, but overall good experience. Only bummer was it seems you can only adjust neutral position in increments of 3 so I couldn't get it bang on, but... the net result was a lot less subtrim than I needed before.
Are the specs on website at 100% power or the percentage set from factory?
Like we said percentage set from the factory.
@@reefsrc I mean like is a 1100 at 8.4 from factory 1100 ounces at 80%? So I can program to 100% and get more than 1100 ounces?
Yes, I do not know the factory power settings at the moment. But if it is less than 100% you could make that adjustment.
Can i run the raw 800 which draws 6.8amps on 7.4v of power with a bec that outputs 6 amps? Or do i need to keep the servo on 6v that draws 6 amps?
You can run the 800lp up to 8.4v. If your BEC only goes up to 7.4v that will work as well.
@@reefsrc what about amps? My bec puts out 6 amps.
Is this gonna be available for a Mac?
Just windows for now.
