Fun fact about competitive: if you have the Hasbro version of Trypio and combine it with Cyber Dragoon's blade base, you get an Unexpected top tier Combo that can outspin a ton of beyblades that can't KO it.
You should check savior Valkyrie It have the same gimmick as cyber dragoon but instead the jump triggered by hitting It's triggered by how hard you launch the bey
Nice to see other people still care about the plastic gens nowadays. Trygle technically isn't the first "jumping" beyblade. Jumping Base (both the Takara base and Hasbro full blade) had a literal spring for a tip to let it bounce. Pretty sure the base predates Trygle, since it's screwed in and not a SG system. Not as effective as Cyber Dragoon or Trygle, put a nice oddity. Keep up the good work.
Wow, ive actually never seen an old plastic gen beyblade get assembled before. I always wondered if assembling them was as easy as assembling metal series beyblades. In metal series you had the little screw driver to tighten the screw at the top of the bey so all the pieces fit together perfectly and now I realize plastic gen is even simpler thanks to your video.
i'm consideering buy this one too, i recently made a video of my Sparkling atacker from Takara&Panasonic 2001 crossover and few weeks ago i got the Dragoon S Yellow Sapphire from Takara&Toyota too, and this video ended convincing me to buy this cyber too. Thanks! new sub, greetings from Uruguay, Latam
I feel like the length of the tip and the gimmick could have been cut in half and it would have still worked out fine as a Bey, since the lower ring could have "nipped at the opponents heels" so to speak, sending the opponent spiraling with contact from both that lower ring along with the actual attacks from the attack ring.

In the gamecube game I always try to use the spin gear+blade base(for some reason the game combine both 2 part meaning you cant customize it) for defensive combo like metal fight flame,230,cs combo I would like to ask if the blade base has some sort of defensive capabilities cause when it was activated in the game your bey pretty much becomes a defensive wall
@forbreakingdown1109 no worries haha. Not to that great of an extent but certain bases do offer more resistance or counter attacks. Most of the time the bey doesn’t make contact with the base.

Can Cyber Dragoon be customized for left spin with it's jump gimmick legaly ?
If you use the takara version of tripio attack ring, a left spin gear along with the cyber dragoon base. Your beyblade becomes into a helicopter.
Super interesting! I love learning as much as I can about Beyblades. Can't wait for the next vid.
Thank you! Weekly episodes will be released!
Stumbled across this but honestly the physics and how they're built to perform their gimmick is super interesting
Right! There actual thought put into the products

1:30 Oh, so it's kind of like Trygle, but better.

Yeah metal fight it’s surprisingly more complicated haha. Glad I could help!
I had this bey! The black casing around the spring part broke really quickly though
You should use the Trypio blade on the jumping base

Its not the second , but the 3rd , you are forgetting jumping base
