Facts bro. I always remember to turn em off. I remember fighting this one laggy ass, mash blocking, limit bursting ass player who.... well let’s just say he was garbage. He popped 4 capsules in one fight and against all odds I won.

I mean, if I leave capsules ON I can’t complain when someone uses them. Just makes the fight longer and I can kick their teeth in more.
The problem is when they start spamming moves.
Fabri Serra so go move for move with them. They use a move, you use a move. Show them how it feels. The game is too old to worry about winning with pure skill anymore and you’re never rewarded truly for winning. They wanna spam? I’ll do it better. They fight fair, so will I. Wanna run? Ok I’ll get you to lower health and run away. No use in busting my balls against cheap tactics. Beat them at their own game and show them how it feels.

The only way I would use capsules is to even out hp. I don't think that its about who wins or loses, its about the fight. This is why I don't like high damage supers. I don't see them as fighting its just shortening the amount of time for us to actually fight, there's no fun gameplay to me when you deal extreme damage to your opponent with a super attack after a combo. If my opponent had a full health bar and I lost most of my health to supers and stuff like that. I would use a healing Item so that we could actually fight for more time. I always let people heal if I have a large health advantage. If i'm winning a fight that easily I give my opponent opportunity to heal so that they can get a chance to do more. Obviously if they don't have anything to show in terms of hand to hand combat and are like the Uub player, there is no point in letting them heal. They don't really have anything to really show me.
