unfortunately my ears canal are tight so they are not compatible with IIC vs CIC
SO I HAVE NO CHOICE RIC IS ONLY THE SINGLE option i can wear

I own a the z series, not sure which one but one thing is for sure this is a bunch of lies. I have been in for readjustments over and over and over. I get 5 levels not the 6 I was told. Also I can hear just the same with them on or off my ear. I am not impressed with this evaluation. I feel I got screwed for $3100 for the pair. A few times the device was adjusted over the phone and never heard any difference This is my 2nd pair of starkey and this is just as much as a rip off as the first..
