Also, if you want to compare this to something, compare it the PBJ w/ 75, or the Duck for Germany. Its ONLY downside is fire rate, everything else is better, which increases the BR.
I love the crap outa this plane man. It was the second premium I bought (right after the T28) and it’s my most used aircraft in the game. (T28 is also my most used vehicle period) the only downside I have in this plane is the single elevator. If that falls off it’s very hard to get home. Everything else about this plane makes me so happy 😁
Same it isn't skill issues its just horrible and the movability don't even get me Started on that. just get the Italian 102 mm plane it has better aim and lower br and kinda better movability or get the xb-50
@@coolkitty7087this plane is as cool as a strike aircraft can possibly be, no other heavy cannon carrier has this much horsepower and defensive armaments, they don't have bombs too.
It's a REALLY hard plane to get the hang of. If you are having problems with your shots going left or right, make your attack run longer so your yaw will cancel out.
This thing is incredible in ground rb. Singlehandedly been able to delete teams with it. It's fairly fast, well armored and has self-sealing fuel tanks, as well as strong engines allowing it to fly when severely damaged, unlike other big cannon planes. My biggest tip is to have longer strafing runs since it gives you much more time to properly position and aim. I also recommend using stealth belts on the machine guns since it makes it so much easier to aim the 75mm
I brought it 4 looks and do to the history the real plane had. Only few it in air RB, since i no longer play ground RB, cuz there's always a lowlife side-camper that i just got sick of reporting. If u play it like a low BR A-10 (aka wait till the enemy is occupied or about to RTB) u can go after convoys and AI tanks with the 75mm and get some nice rewards, even if u loose. Just simply crash when a fighter try's to hunt u down, just to piss him off, and to deny a kill (obviously).
@@mechwarrior7278 haha to each their own I guess. I know the duck isn’t really better on performance, and worse on weaponry, too, but looks-wise I just can’t get past the nose of the Grizzly and that proboscis… Now the way they did it in the B-25/PBJ? Hell yeah.
@@swissfreek I suppose that it’s a more robust look on the PBJ, but that did require the already existing airframe to be much bulkier to begin with. And I can get the nose looking funky, but the rest of the plane looks elegant to me (at least, again, compared to the duck lol)

I did too but my first premium was M46 and 2nd XA
The one problem I have with the XA-38 is the gun sight isn't very good for aiming the 75mm
Straight up skill issue. The cannon is easier to aim than the 262
Bro this is probably one of the easier large plane cannons to aim. The only cannon I would say is easier to aim is the one on the Japanese KI-109

I've been flying this thing as CAS for a few months now in the USA and was looking for your video to see if it is bad or is it my skill issue...

The Germans had the duck and the cannon 262, and this fugly-looking thing is what we came up with 🤮
I must beg to differ on the account of the duck, I think this looks a whole lot better than the beer-belly duck 😂
