i will say be careful with the concert counters, they stain, if you leave water on them they will leave water marks on them, lemons, vinegar anything like that will eat through the sealant and bleach the counters. that's why I didn't get my deposit back at my last apartment. my apartment had the same ones.

Hey congrats on your beautiful new place!!! I’m moving to Seattle this August and probably renting an apartment on Lenora st. Im moving to Seattle and starting a new life and im excited and scared I lived in NJ my whole life so this will be a major new change for me. I don’t know anyone in Seattle so I’m afraid it might not be easy to make new friends. I wanted to move into an apartment building called west edge which is on 2nd ave, but the reviews are horrible so it’s kinda turning me away. I love your videos and have been watching 😊. I’m thinking of starting a vlog on my journey to Seattle I’ll probably be driving there with my dog Simon 🐶. Thank you for your videos and I hope we can possible be friends when I get there in August I was thinking of moving to the capital hill area, but the apartments there seem a little outdated, any thoughts of that area ?

Try looking around Capitol Hill. I heard that's one of the safer areas if you want to live in Seattle. If you don't mind going further out, kirkland is incredibly safe, in my opinion. Not much going in here though. Just shopping and coffee but it's close to bellevue, which is also fairly safe and booming on weekends.
