I would try to apply to get into PBB to get exposure, try to be one of the audience in one of those Noon time shows (try to get a seat in the front row), and enter lots of singing contests. Bottom line is exposure, exposure and exposure!! You already have some fan base with your vlogs so that will help. And of course, try to get the right connections. There's actually more flavors than the 3. My personal fave is wasabi, then there's chili barbecue, truffle, pizza, adobo, chili cheese, and sweet corn. You can also get 2 flavors if you get Giga and up to 3 flavors if you get the largest which is Tera.
