Who am I & what is NorbCam?
I have two strong passions in my life: The Seattle Seahawks and filmmaking. They both started back in elementary school. 33 years later at an amazing comeback game, my two passions came together when I posted my reaction on UA-cam and it changed my life as a Seahawks fan forever! Since then, my Seahawks-themed music videos, comedy shorts about our biggest rivalries, weekly vlogs and game reactions featuring me screaming at the top of his lungs with my camera pointed at my face have been viewed million of times by thousands of fans around the world! And I thank you for being one of them!
I've been a Seahawks fan since 1980, when I started watching football, and a season ticket holder since the mid-90s in the Kingdome. My reaction video of the Seahawks’ dramatic win over the 49ers in the 2013-14 NFC Championship game and documentary of their Super Bowl win over the Broncos launched mychannel to new heights. The following year, my video of their miracle win over the Packers in the NFC Championship game went viral on sites like SI.com and Yahoo Sports and landed me on an ESPN Sportscenter feature. After our heartbreaking loss in Super Bowl 49, my reaction video of the interception at the one yard blew up and is now the most watched video on my channel. On the positive side, this video led to me being featured in two NFL Films productions: “10 Most Devastating Losses” and “Losing Hurts.”
Charity work:
In 2014, I became friends with "Save Our Seahawks" legend, Mark Collins, and co-founded 12s Helping 12s - an organization dedicated to helping Seahawks fans in need. Every year, we host “Hawk Fest”, an offseason charity fundraiser that features me & Mark performing live on stage together. We visit schools around the Puget Sound area to give Seahawks memorabilia and to promote positive messages. During the holiday season, we give $250 and $100 grants to families in need and provide groceries and supplies to families of cancer patients. We raised money to help purchase a wheelchair van for a Seahawks fan who was paralyzed in a devastating car crash. We've also raised funds and collected supplies for the homeless and the victims of the destructive forest fires.
We will see who sticks around as true fans, through these major changes.

Technically, the Seahawks play on a football AND soccer field. The Seattle Sounders play in the same place as the Seahawks.

norb, i know a lot of people are sleeping on the hawks this year but i wouldn't put 10-6 past us. This is how i look at it, we lost sherm and bam bam and basically earl but, all of those 3 guys were injured for a good chunk of last season and Russ managed to pull the rabbit out of the hat as always, plus we should have been 12-4 last season so i think we got it in us. also, whens the next call-in? i'm always in the chat

This was a great video! Kinda makes you think about everything that has happened to us this offseason. After everything that has happened though, i'm confident that our team will still make strides in the years to come. As long as the 12s stick together during this process and trust in John and Pete to get it done then I don't think we'll be disappointed. Plus we have one of the best qbs in Russ on our team so anything is possible. Looking forward to this upcoming season. I'd say we go 9-7 or 10-6 and barely squeeze into the playoffs. Go Hawks!!!

I’m 14 and I am a true Seahawks fan I never really appreciated the legion of boom until they were gone... and I became a Seahawks fan when I was about ten and I didn’t even realize the hawks were a beast for a team and now that I’m older I watch espn and I’m way more into the nfl I just wish I could’ve enjoyed beast mode and all the pro bowl players when I had the chance... oh well we’ve reloaded 💪🏻 and don’t call me a band wagon 😂😂

Gold as always, Norb. Pre-season was a little concerning as we consider depth, but... "PRESEASON!?! Don't talk about PRESEASON!?! You kiddin' me? PRESEASON!?!" All great teams have talent, but I think a secret ingredient is also a team's personality. A personality...a culture...instills life and confidence in a team. Yeah, we lost a couple of our biggest (greatest? debatable) personalities, but we still have Russ and it's been great seeing KJ come out of his shell a bit. Most of all however, Shaquem looks WAY better than I expected and I already feel confident watching Shaquill grow. They're great on camera - a PR Director's dream - and should prove valuable in helping define a new culture and identity for the team. Oh, and Dickson? FUGGEDABOUDIT! Dude's LEGIT! ...though I will miss Jon Ryan's personality most of all, especially on Twitter...but I digress. I think our new core has talent. Carson's ready to shine. O-line is looking much improved. I'm pumped for what's to come!!! #GOHAWKS!!!
I lived in Seattle for 5 years (5 years ago) as a kid, and when I saw the playground behind him, I already knew it was Seattle again. they don't do playgrounds like that in Texas or Missouri

The Bears made changes at the QB position. We got rid of Mike Glennon and sent him to Arizona, also Mark Sanchez, sending him back to New York where he belongs. We acquired Chase Daniel and Tyler Bray, and kept Mitch. I gotta say, we're looking pretty good. 10-5-1 prediction, with one of those wins against Seattle. Sorry, Norb!
