Looks like a pretty good idea for something different. But you don't have to freeze the meat roll till that degree of frozen. For those of us who never understood the metric system it would have been nice to hear cup amounts for the milk and flour and pounds for the ground meat. You also said tbsp for the salt when it showed a teaspoon and the recipe showed tsp. It was a little confusing at first but Thank God I am a smart cook 😂
