Be advised RV AIRFLOW improved the product with a more dense molded product since we did our installation. We did receive the upgrade since we were a previous customer. So the product is even better!

*Solid, **Fastly.Cool** and gets the job done. For RV where window-mounted air conditioning is not an option, this works very well. Easy set up, rapid cooling, and great design.*

Wow! A increase of 43%! Amazing. It would be nice if they would have manufactured all RVs like that years ago. Good video

We just spent the weekend in Quartzsite, Arizona, where the temperature was 85 degrees on Friday and Saturday. This was our first trip where we could do a real world test with the RV Airflow installed in our Coleman Mach 15k AC. Prior to the install it took quite awhile to reach the set temp on the thermostat once we plugged into shore power. It was 85 outside and 81 inside when I first powered up the trailer. I set the thermostat to 76 degrees and within 30 minutes the AC shut down and the inside was a cool 76 degrees. That's never happened that quick before.
During the day when the AC restarted it only ran a few minutes before it reached the set temp and shut down. It has never done that before either. It used to run quite awhile before reaching the set temp. It also seemed to run a lot quieter because when it ran we didn't have to turn up the volume on the TV like we did before.
Needless to say we are both impressed with the great improvement. It works better than we expected and so glad we found the RV Airflow video! Best mod I have made to my trailer since new! One installation tip: If you have difficulty inserting the foam into position like I did try mixing up some dish washing liquid and water, coat the foam and the outside of the duct inserts with the mixture, then slide it into place. Made getting it into position much easier for me.

Keeping that foam surround in place like he did with your front ac doesn't appear to be something that should be optional the way they claim it is. Without that foam board in place part of your return air is now getting pulled from your attic space which is not only going to be super hot but will also be unfiltered. In my opinion, you definitely need to always cut the foam board exactly like the man did on the front AC, the back should've been done the same way.

I pointed out i felt the board was important we did put it back in. We only showed what we did on the front AC. Thanks for pointing it out.

Great job! With our new Rockwood I could tell that it was definitely less efficient then even our 1992 camper that we previously had. Rockwood is definitely a little bit different with their installation. They use foam that had blocked off that little return that I had to cut out to help with the flow. I will definitely be looking into a kit that might work for ours.👍👏

I’m looking hard at installing these on my 2019 GD Reflection 28bh with dual AC’s.
I was surprised to see that they didn’t tidy up the wiring on the return side nor tape up the return side to eliminate attic air being pulled into the AC.
I would pull every register and foil tape them up as well. I guaranty they are leaking into the attic. Mine were.

It's really about airflow and reducing turbulence. You don't really spend much cooling the air in the box.

Question if you have a dometic thermostat on the wall, does it automatically mean the 2 AC units in my 2020 Keystone 357 Impact Fuzion toyhauler are Dometic units, if so had do you determine which airflow kit to buy? They make 2 kits one for a dometic brisk air 2, Evo and Blizzard and another kit for a dometic penguin 2 or Atwood?

Interesting. I upgraded to the same single Colman Mach unit (no race track) this summer and had good success with the output vents from the center assembly. Do you know if those folks will be in Quartzsite during the Big Tent week and if so where they are at? I would like to hear their thoughts on how their product would benefit my setup.
Are you folks hanging around Quartzite for awhile or is it time to head toward Parker and Lake Havasu? I hope to make the second half of the Big Tent show and a few more days.

It does work. Before the installation on my 30' Starcraft travel trailer I measured the air flow using my hand held digital wind meter. The vents closest to the AC were showing 10mph wind speed, while the rear vents showed 8-9mph wind speed. After the install all of the vents were showing 18-20mph wind speed, which was double before the installation! It was blowing so hard it blew the instruction sheet and screws from the bottom cover off the kitchen table.
