I haven’t found a direct answer and have yet to reach out to Customer Service but I can only assume that the swivel base that people see with the cloud G and cloud T is a feature only available outside of the US as I’ve learned the safety standards are different for each country

If purchased on Babylist, is the base included with the purchase of the car seat? If not, can the car seat be used without the base?

yes it's lighter than the Cloud Q. Cloud G weighs 12 lbs.
