East Asian and Arab are the only race that are pure. The west would have sex before marriage and full of impurities. So yes in a sense East Asian culture and arab are similar.

I don't really know what you mean by 'culture'. Religion and culture are different things. Bangladesh, pakistan etc have quite different cultures compared to other majority muslim countries like some in the middle east. But yes, being a muslim does normally constitute a different but special lifestyle.
