Everytime I wake up hungover considering not going to work, I think of Wells’ perfect game, and I ALWAYS show up ready to dominate, because if he can show up and throw a perfect game( arguably the hardest thing to do in sports) I can show up to my 8 hour shift.its crazy but incredible

Legend, David Wells is amazing. My all time most wanted to meet Yankee
Always great to show up for work drunk when your employer is paying you millions, but hey lets all have a good laugh.

SNL had no live show the night before this game. The season ended the previous week.
Jimmy Fallon corroborates this story... I think you may have the dates wrong.
Now what could have happened is that they did stay up drinking all night, it just wasn't after an SNL, which had concluded the previous week.
@@DanielWesleyKCK Also of note is that Jimmy Fallon wasn't a member of the cast that year.
Yes they did. David hyde pierce hosted and the musical guest was Shaniah Twain.
It was the second to last show of the season.
Your dates are way off.
Buck Henry last hosted May of 1980 and Semisonic has never been a musical guest.
Big swing and an even bigger miss
The guy was always a mess
