Ascension was amazing. I still love it. You can say it’s easy all that you want, but a majority of maps on solo are definitely easy. This was a map where 4 people could have a blast and get to really high rounds.

honestly used to love this map, back in the days when black ops had just come out and it was my first dlc haha, remember playing with 3 other mates and trying to get high rounds haha, good memories training in all 4 areas and taking turns going to packapunch lol good times
You know Patrick is smoking some weird stuff when he says that the pack a punch room is a good room to train in.
Troy Miller it’s decent for camping. Have two guys at the windows, one guy facing away from PAP and another guy training in the rocket pad room and it’s perfect ^^

Its only manageable if you have someone training under the rocket. Otherwise, you get overrun.

Edit: My opinion on Ascension is that it is a really good map, if I was asked this about a month ago I would said I hated it, because of the monkeys but I'm used to it now and I would also say it's one of the most beautiful maps too.

If you can’t deal with monkeys, you’re bad.
Man, I thought I was the only one who can deal with monkeys fairly easy in solo after seeing this vid and comments. Utilise both traps (speed cola/mule kick and stamin-up) and keep certain doors shut (door next to power and jugg room completely closed). Even better, use up all quick revives, allowing you to get 6 perks instead of 5 in solo and having to only defend 4 perks (or defend 3 areas since mule kick and speed cola are very close by).
The first vid I watched of yours. Don’t wanna get to sentimental but you really got to appreciate what you got before it’s gone

This was one of the first maps I played with my friends when I was young. We loved it probably in a large part because it was so easy (But not to us at the time). Looking back now it’s not a perfect map but It’ll always have a special place to me
