Essie has always been notorious for chipping, but I think their formula has improved a lot in the last few years. Have you found a brand that lasts a long time on you? You may just have more oily nail beds that can lead to nail polish chipping more easily if it’s an issue for you with most brands.

I like Lights Lacquer but on my nails the lasting power isn't quite as long and because of the rebrand the prices increased so I wanted to find something more accessible :/ ILNP lasts well on me but I'm searching for fall/winter cremes :( I don't feel like my nail beds are oily but maybe i need to dehydrate them more.
Whoever leads the color curation at Orly is doing an excellent job. They have put together such cohesive but interesting collections in the last few years. I picked up just the red because I’ve run out of room in my nail storage. 😱 So imagine all my polishes tucked away in the drawers and one lonely red bottle on top. Thanks Kelli 💞

Now this is a collection I can get behind! What a solid color story, and that orange is out just in time for Halloween! Personal fave is Lost in the Maize for just the reasons you describe. It definitely is a great color for both seasons...I can see myself wearing this all the way to New Years too.
The color story here is absolutely gorgeous. I would snap up this whole collection in a heartbeat if I didn’t have so much nail polish already! These are all colors I would wear, but I’m at the point where they’re just not wildly unique enough to justify. Will keep enjoying others’ swatches!
We don't get Orly in India, but I did wear a dupe of the Cran-barely shade last Diwali, with a partial skittle with black & gold toppers, and it was such a hit! ❤️ Loving these shades for Diwali this year!!

I did NOT need to see this 😂 I used to be a diehard Zoya fan (I still love them, but have felt uninspired the last several releases) and thanks to you I joined Orly Color Pass and have been loving all things Orly. The formula and brush are top notch. Think I need this collection 😍

It feels like a perfect fall to winter transition set... the red, purple, black/blue lean more winter but fit in the fall too. The other 3 fit perfect for fall but could lean into winter. Love the color story & skittle potential on this one!
I usually find Orly somewhat boring but this collection is really speaking to me it's like a rainbow of colors perfect for autumn I think my favorite is the green but I would also really like to see a gradient with that red and orange together and maybe a gold glitter top coat on top will look like perfect fall leaves

This is a really beautiful collection. I have Bronze Ambition and Valley of Fire, but the Light my Campfire is unlike anything I have seen very rich color stunning. Every time you say to like the video so you know you’re doing a good job I sorta scream in my head “Kelli, you’re always doing a good job!” and fumble for the remote (usually watch on Roku) to be able to like in time so you know that you are in fact doing a good job. 😂
For people who've tried these - do you have any staining problems with using these without base coat? I know Kelli says she usually doesn't have staining anyway, but I'm curious about people's experience if they have had staining in the past.

I’m a relatively new nail polish enthusiast, and by proxy, my friends are getting more into it - especially the more specialized finishes. I’ve started using fun polishes from Indy brands as gifts. Usually I give similar finishes or have a vague “theme” in mind. All of that to say, when I saw Faux Fir my first thought was “Ooo would that be a good polish for my Slytherin friends? Should I get people polishes based on their Hogwarts house?!” And THEN I thought, well, you (Kelli) love nail polish, and you have a podcast about movie franchises. It could be fun if you wrapped up your podcast seasons with a “nail polishes that remind you of that franchise” series. I’d watch 🤷🏻♀️

I ordered light my campfire, faux fir, and misty you. This collection almost made up for my disappointment at the china glaze collections this fall. :) The more I see it the more I think faux fir might be too similar to live em and leaves em from China Glaze, but I do like the orly breathable formula, especially the shimmers.
I love Lost in the Maize! I’ve got several yellow gold polishes but not one cooler toned gold so I’ll be getting that one for sure. The blue was pretty too, it would make a great duo with Maize

I got a couple orly ordered. I believe I have one coming from this set. (Light my camp fire) I also got you’re my sapphire, kiss the bride, persistent memory, moonrise. I swatched the golden afternoon too. I have synthetic symphony, flower power, metamorphosis. I wish they were cheaper , I really like them. Had I not bought so much before I found them I’d have more.
I am actually surprised at how much I love this collection. Not sure what it is but they really are great winter shades to me. Plan on getting all of them.
For this collection I think you could make them all work for fall going into the end of the year. And for a few you could use all year and the darker shades you could make it work for winter. I love this brand for the continued great formulas but also for all the reasons you mentioned (price, brush, polish amount, availability, etc).
The name "faux fir" is FANTASTIC! It also reminds me of the Latin name for Douglas fir trees - which are not actually firs - Pseudotsuga, which means "false hemlock." They're not hemlocks either. 😄
Orly breathable line is the only polish that I can wear and know for a fact my nails won't break at work! I do detail cleaning work so my nails are smashing on things all the time, they break regularly but not with orly on:)
Oh my gravy, Light My (Camp) Fire is GORGEOUS! 😍 I also love Cran-Barely Believe it, Misty You, and Oh My Stars. Those are probably my favorites. lol The whole collection is beautiful, though, and very seasonable appropriate. I am definitely getting Violet. Well, and Scarlet on behalf of a certain someone, but Violet will be "mine." You should get a 3DS and play Sun and Moon! I love them.

I’ve been into Pokémon since 1995 , I’ve missed about 4 games near the middle too idk why I didn’t play then but I’m still enjoying my Pokémon on Nintendo Switch now and I still have my battery 🔋 powered Gameboy that didn’t have any backlight so I could only play during day or I needed a flashlight 🔦 😅I have a life size pikachu I bought for $85 back in May’95 😂 totally worth it to me 🤗🥰 enjoy Lavender, I’m getting both games when they come out 😎🙌🏽
I started with pokemon red as well. Then my brothers got gold and silver. I played their games, but never had one of my own. The only other pokemon game I had was Pokemon pinball, which I still have and still love. My red got lost in a move :( and now they are sooo expensive!!
I didn't get real exposure to Pokemon until Pokemon Go! I liked walking/driving around with my friends and doing battles, but once I tried my first real console game (Let's Go Pikachu), I found the battles really cumbersome and stopped playing. I've missed your Pokemon Twitch Streams! It let me connect with friends and the games again in a way I wouldn't otherwise. Hopefully you'll get back to it one day❤️
I'd say the Lets Go games are not at all like the core line! You should totally try one of the regular games. Sword and Sheild are great if you have the switch!!

I have been trying to convince myself I don't need it as I have spent so much on nail polish in the last two months. I have been going back and forth on this collection since I first saw it a few days ago. I have been trying to convince myself I don't need it as I have spent so much on nail polish in the last two months. I have to admit, the last few collections I didn’t like because either I already have something exactly rge same, didn’t like the colour or just found the polish boring so a wonderful change to have something so exciting and polishes I don’t have! I also want to clarify that my opinion on the last few collections is in NO REFLECT to you! Still love you and your videos!
