Halo 4 was a good attempt, I count that one. Halo 5, Infinite and Halo Wars 2 sucked though. As much as I had some Halo moments and got emotional at one or two scenes that's entirely due to the set up of all the other games and how invested I am. If the make Gears 6 gay as hell I'll still feel connected to Marcus Fenix. Been playing Gears for... shit... about 18 years.

@@Official_RetroMania The thing is the campaigns haven't been bad, with the exception of Halo 5 of course. Halo 4 and Infinite were fine for the most part. Only thing I'll say is I have no idea what they changed in terms of the multiplayer, as I don't really care for it and I never played it. Was only ever interested in the campaign and so far it's not been bad with the exception of 1 game like I said. That's still a 8-1 ratio.
I'm eternally grateful to have grown up playing Halo, Halo 2, Halo ODST and Halo 3...
And now to watch Halo crash and burn in real time...ugh...

I'm not religious and yet I still highly respect him for standing up for god. There is a thing in japanese anime called "genre", the genre defines the target audience of the content; there is shounen targeting boys, shoujo targeting girls, seinen targeting adult men; and there is also subgenres like yaoi is about gay men romance and yuri about lesbian romance.

Master chiefs story ended with 3. The attempt to humanize him in 4 and beyond fell flat because he’s not a true character, he’s a vessel for the player. There’s a reason the helmet stayed on.

He only ever said the obvious to keep players on point. 4 only got me visually. Everything else was cringe thinking back to it.
