Shimmering aspens are a sight to see
What model walkie talkie is that you were using?

@@lrsmith6037 Thank you!
@@lrsmith6037 please take the time to mention that these require licenses. You can put emergency services in jeopardy by just randomly selecting frequencies.
Every time I watch your videos I just laugh at your son. He's me minus 20 or so years. ;) Keep it up, little man!
Thanks overland dad!!
Cool scenery!
The music was kind of creepy, I was expecting the exorcist to pop out.
Haha.
There’s a Chick-fil-a in ouray?
There is not. We were both in Grand Junction when we met. I was checking out the newly remodeled REI and just happened to see Jason across the street from Chick-fil-a. So I wanted to stop and say hi and how much I enjoyed his channel. It just so happened he was heading to my neck of the woods so we made a plan.
"This is Kevin". Micheal, "This is Micheal"! Lol story of my life. I am horrible with names but will never forget a face.
ap1986 me too! I guess I look like a Kevin?
Hahaha. Sorry man.
Yes!! Me too!!
I never forget a face but in your case I’ll make an exception. Quote from Groucho Marx.
Nice vid! Just wondering... do you have vertebrae fused in your neck? Or do you just have the best posture in the world? haha. Cheers!
You can kinda tell he wanted to continue on and wanted to push things further
Really enjoyed this edit!
Thanks!
Cutting edge editing Jason.
Thanks!
Got a ham ticket for using those handhelds?

@@bluelakeoverland1339 Awesome! Too often I see those, especially the el-cheapos, advertised as "walkie talkies" and/or "programmable FRS radios." Maybe a shout-out in future vids that those comms require an amateur radio license to legally operate? That was my only critique, awesome vid otherwise! 73s, de W0ATJ.
@@kitop310 Jason has so much good content that he probably has addressed it before. We have some videos coming out soon and we will make sure to mention it! Thanks for checking @swellrunner out!
Seriously...surely you have better things to worry about. Why would it be your business whether they have a license or not? Mind your business dude.
The music is great for the adventure
How do you get the drone footage when the truck is moving, like around the 10 minute mark? The effect is amazing. Is your son operating the drone?
Very cool, want to do that on the bike
Wow, just found you, but I love what I’ve seen so far. Awesome rig too, but I gotta disagree with Michael... lifted TRDs have difficulty going where my stock Rubicon goes. Just had to defend my Jeep’s reputation 😂, but I’m speaking the truth. Still, doesn’t matter what you drive, just go wheel! Taking a new style Cherokee wheeling on the ironclads tomorrow... excited to see what it can do!
RollinRat I agree with everything but the break all the time. 5 Jeeps in 20 years... 1 radiator at 10 years in a 4.0, otherwise pretty much 5 150k+ wranglers (2.5L, 2 4.0Ls, 1 3.8L, and 1 3.6 L). The 4.0L is known to go 400k easily. My 3.6L was torture tested to 250k so I’m hoping for more than that... otherwise it’s Heli conversion time. I think people say the reliability stuff based on the mid 2000s SUV Jeeps who had some quality issues.
I would be so scared to leave my trailer and all my gear unguarded
