Hey quick question again, when i select Add FX, it displays a screen that says "No files match" and "No files found". How do i fix this problem. Thanks!
If you go to the tools menu at the top of the MagicQ window and select 'change files location', can you move your files to your docuements folder and see if this resolves this? Also note MagicQ only support english keyboard characters in the username of your account on the PC, otherwise this will cause issues with MagicQ being able to read files like FX.
@@ChamSysLtd Hey, thank you for your reply. I followed your instructions and unfortunately it says the same thing. I have English keyboard characters in the username of my account so I don't think that's the issue. Do you know anything else could be?
I have the following question. If fixtures are not at the same truss, how to make a center-out intensity effect. How does the console know which fixtures are in the center? Is this something to do with the order of selecting fixtures? If yes, how?
FX order is done by selection order, so if you select the heads in L>R order by head number, when you run your FX and then re-order to centre out it will respect how you selected the fixtures.
The Ipad app is a remote for the PC/Console software - we have tested here in current versions as have it working as expected. Could you give us some further detail on the specific of what's not funning on your ipad?
@@ChamSysLtd hmm, my reply has dissapeared, maybe because I included an external link. Basically after 7 seconds the screen goes either all black or all green with the top inch or so a mess of multi-colours, like a corrupted image file. The sound is fine throughout
@@member529 very odd - we've tested the video externally using different PC's and it seems to play ok. Can you try using a different browser (e.g. Chrome) or viewing on mobile and see if you get the same issue still?
thx for this movie !! great job)
