आज मसाला किचन मे बन रही है न्यू ईयर और क्रिसमस की खास चॉकलेट पेस्ट्री और पाइनएप्पल पेस्ट्री रेसिपी | बिना ओवन, बिना केक बेस और बिना अंडे के पेस्ट्री बनाने का आसान तरीका और किचन की आसान पेस्ट्री/केक रेसिपी जरूर देखिये | रुई जैसा केक, रुई जैसी सॉफ्ट पेस्ट्री बनाने की विधि | केक आइसिंग, बेकरी जैसी पेस्ट्री, घर पर व्हिप्पड क्रीम, केक आइसिंग करने की रेसिपी | सबसे आसान केक, स्पंज केक, बिस्किट केक, बिना अंडे के पेस्ट्री, बिना गैस जलाये केक, बिना गैस जलाये पेस्ट्री, बेकरी जैसी फ्रूट पेस्ट्री, बेकरी जैसी पेस्ट्री रेसिपी शेयर करना न भूले | मसाला किचन | पूनम देवनानी रेसिपी
INGREDIENTS:
* Wheat Bread(आटा ब्रेड) - 4
* White Bread(मैदा ब्रेड) - 4
* Water(पानी) - 1/2 Cup
* Sugar(चीनी) - 2-3 Spoon
For Ganache:
* Dark Chocolate(डार्क चॉकलेट) - 200 Grams
* Cream(क्रीम) - 1/2 Cup/100 Gram
For Decoration:
* Cherry(चेरी)
* Orange(संतरा)
* Pineapple(अनानास)
* Edible Pearls(खाद्य मोती)
RECIPE:
For Sugar Syrup, in a bowl, take some Water, some Sugar and mix it well.
For Ganache, take some Dark Chocolate, cut it into pieces. Melt it by using the double boiler method as shown in the video. Then add some cream to it and mix it well and keep it aside.
Take some White & Wheat Bread and cut the edges.
For Chocolate Pastry, Put some cream on the turntable. Place the Bread Slices on it, spread some Sugar Syrup, spread Chocolate Ganache and whipped Cream on it. Then put Bread Slices again, spread Sugar Syrup & Chocolate Ganache. In this way, do the same process 3-4 times. and make the pastry. Then keep it in the fridge for 10 minutes. After then Cut the pastry into pieces and decorate it with Cream and Edible Pearls.
For Pineapple Pastry, Put some Put some cream on the plate. Place the Bread Slices, put some Sugar Syrup, spread whipped Cream on it, and make the pastry. Cut the pastry into pieces and decorate it with the Fruits and Serve it. In this way, Super-Tasty Bread Pastry will get ready to serve.
