Super 7 needs so beef up those o ring figures. Smooth is not good some detail like the cartoon would be better and the bats seems to have more detail and plastic
More excited about Duke and Serpentor but I appreciate the sneak peek on Wave 2. Was really hoping Ramar had a ball neck joint. It would be a shame to keep all of these figures with the swivel head but I get it, they are trying to be really retro.
My favorite thing from like 6 on was to take the screws out of the back and make my own g.i. joes 😁 I had a big red lego bucket FULL of parts that i saved up or collected from friends broken joes 😆
Once I discovered the figures could be taken apart, the world opened up. lol. I never had extra figures unless I found them at garage sales, so my main ones became lots of different characters. Fun times.
Wow they're already out? I was hoping the Fatal Fluffies would be larger, but still very happy to finally have them after all these years! I wish they included a little tame FF figurine.
Five years ago there was a lot of speculation that Hasbro would continue the O-ring line, but it turned out to be the Classified series. I was a bit disappointed, because I'd love to get some new O-ring figures to add to my vintage collection. These Super7 ones look cool, but I don't care about obscure characters from the cartoon. But then I thought of two that I'd love for them to make: Baroness in her bikini from "The Gamemaster", and Lady Jaye in her wetsuit from "Spell of the Siren"!
I really just wish the fatal fluffy would’ve come with a miniature cute version of itself as well. That would’ve been an absolute home run. Maybe super seven could do a set with 3-5 little cute fatal fluffys that come inside of a crate?
Wow! I was in Target today and it's a wasteland as usual. I haven't seen any super 7 in there since they clearanced the s⁷ ultimates. I would have had to pick these up had I saw them but my Target never got wave 1 that I know of.
I hear Target is beginning a toy aisle reset. So maybe soon. I went to three Targets in different areas and only one had these figures. Keep an eye out, they might pop up soon. I never find figures this early compared to others.
@MacDowin Nice! That's why it was so bare and empty in there then. I have at least 7 target's in driving distance from me and get lucky sometimes but don't hunt often enough but there's tons of collectors and resellers that hit them daily and that's what makes it so hard. Timing is everything when you hunting.
You can find them on Entertainment Earth using my affiliate link: ee.toys/macdowin. Search for Ghostbusters Plasma and they should be the first result. My link also gives 10% off and free shipping over $79.
I'm not really interested in these 2 figures, which is too bad because we are only on wave 2. However, I'll buy them just to support the line and hope S7 continues making more figures and doing weird stuff like this. What is up with the super tight O-rings they use? The wave 1 figures legs barely bend because the o-ring is so tight. Compared to the Delta-17 figure I bought it feels normal and works great in any leg pose. They also need to figure out the paint issues in the hands. The first time I put the gun into Cover Girls hands I saw the paint scraped off her hand which is a shame. Thanks for making the sacrifice and opening up these guys to see what's inside!
After closer inspection of wave 2, the legs don't sit because of a tight o-ring. The waists are designed in such a way that the legs don't bend up fully. I also was curious about the wave 1 problems so I placed a wave 1 o-ring into an old vintage Joe and the figure did not have the same problem as the Super7 figures. I am thinking the problem is that the Super7 figures waist design does not allow the torso to sit low enough to fit properly.
If the Fluffy is posed with the hand that holds the whip up,with the elbiw bent slightly... then it looks as if he's mid swing, preparing for the crack of the whip.
Since Ramar was a towering giant compared to Duke, I had expected his action figure to be in the same scale as the original ESB Wampa but built like the original 4-inch Joes from the 1980s. He also should have come as a set with Duke with mind-control headband and two break-away pillars (why they were in the Arena of Sport when they weren't holding up anything is a thing of wonder)....and two joystick controllers for the COBRA Commander and Destro, respectively.
Love the controller idea. Ramar in the cartoon was a couple of different sizes. I think that is why we got this one. The Duke figure from this wave does have the mind control headband, so you got that.
Went to three different Target stores and they were in one of them. The others were doing toy sales. I heard that Target stores are in the middle of a toy reset, so keep your eyes open.
I heard it from Chris on The Full Force. He seems to think there is a fifth mystery figure. It almost seems like Super7's model has changed to time-limited exclusives instead of an exclusive Target figure in each wave. I guess we will see.
My Ramar's waist was totally fused/painted over and wouldn't move/articulate. I had to full force death grip snap it loose. Super 7 up to their typical shenanigans with poor qc, as usual. smh.
@@MacDowin ...yeah I found both of em over the weekend. My Target in NY had 2 of each. Thanks for the heads up on these. Didn't know anything about it.
The very 1st time you place a weapon in the hand of the Fatal Fluffy the paint is already beginning to wear off...?!?! $20.00 for these, gimme a break. I really want to like this Reaction+ stuff, but the price alone is an easy pass...
@@MacDowin I have dozens of hand painted customs done with acrylic paints that have literally lasted for over a decade. They've had moderate use, but can easily hold & accommodate a wide variety of weapons with no noticeable wear to the hands/gloves. That is simply unacceptable for a $20 factory produced figure IMHO.
@@GodParticleZero The lack of paint adherence is either very cheap paint, or they don't thoroughly wash/remove the mold release compound before paint apps. Either way, it's terrible QC & unacceptable.

All the auper7 you have to change out the o ring to the same rings as the vintage GIJoes. Then that will fix your problem
And don’t forget you can switch cobra commanders head with the hooded one and you get the perfect 👍🏻 cartoon Cobra Commander

Great finds are you in the east west south north I'm from North I can't find those things in Chicago for nothing
I don't collect o-rings but I need that ramer
Great looking figs. I managed to pick up a set today. I'm anxious to add Fluffy to my Dreadnok army! Thanks for the video.
The figures look very well done man. We need to army build those Fatal Fluffies...😃💡☕️👍
Let's go! I want to find a couple more for sure.
Joe-nan I’m stealing that. 😂
Go for it! Spread the word and lead them back here. lol.
O ring is the perfect articulation. I have some cops n crooks, which were essentially bigger o ring joes. Love em.
I missed out on those figures, but they look cool.
Great Upload, thanks for doing the size comparisons.👍🏾
You are welcome. Thanks for stopping by.

If they are trying to be really retro then Serpentor should have a ball joint neck.
@@MacDowin
Are they same size the original set from the 80's up?
I really think it's awesome they are creating Characters that never did before.
How about the Cowgirl that Shipwreck fell in love with .
@@MacDowinToo bad they didn't make the little fluffy, before it became Fatal.
I believe Serpentor and Duke are the same size as the vintage figures.
Hmmmm. I can restart collecting joes with these lines
Awesome!

"Oh, your figure is broken, completely irreparable... I'll dispose of it for you..." 😂
@simonpaquet7161 lol nailed it 👍
It's always good to have doubles then you can create other guys, just as long as you have all the parts.
I know what you mean. 😊

Joenan! That name will stand forever
Let's go, Joenan!
Apropos of nothing, but I'm suddenly very wistful for Thundarr the Barbarian.
Wow they're already out? I was hoping the Fatal Fluffies would be larger, but still very happy to finally have them after all these years! I wish they included a little tame FF figurine.
They are. Surprise! I understand why they are not taller, but I wish they were as well. Not bad though overall.
12:55. Wish I had the old GI Joe accessory packs.
Joenan The Destroyer! 😂
Let's go!
You could use his body to make Shao Kahn from Mortal Kombat.
Use ZARTAN'S Head.
Or you try to put Ramar's arms on Fatal Fluffy.
I am going to try a few things. Playing around with these figures got me excited to try stuff. Will try the Zartan head.

Oh shoot, that's rough. I am not sure if there are a lot of collectors near me or not.
Tamar is the guy Duke fought in the Arena of Sport?
That is correct.
@ I didn’t know he had a name. Is it in the episode?
Yes it is. In episode 4 of the original mini-series the slave girl says his name just after Cobra Commander thinks he has conquered G.I. Joe.
