Do you do a 144 with a N/S collapsable bed? Probably unusual? But, for me/us.. I think it would be a great feature

This is very similar to what I am trying to accomplish. I am having trouble figuring out how everything will fit on the galley side. Could you share what are dimensions of the countertop and how high is it off the floor? Also curious as to width of the fridge/micro/toilet cabinet and width of bed.
