Get a Mila air purifier for your place! I love them! You can see your in home air quality in real time and it adjusts to clean your air constantly. They have a bevy of different, legit HEPA filters and one is even called the Mama-to-be! Plus, they’re stylish. Love my two. One in the living room, one in the kid’s room and I want more. HIGHLY recommend.

Have you tried warming the wax w a low setting hair dryer then scraping off? Might be worth a go!
Wanted to share with you that I am 23 weeks pregnant and the coaches at F45 have been AWESOME with helping me modify everything for pregnancy. I even sometimes go to the cardio classes and just take it super smooth and slow so if you're really loving your gym you can totally make it work pregnant.

hey girl! be careful with olipop during pregnancy, it was my go to but i was told that due to the cassava root, chicory root, and marshmallow root, it isn’t safe because those are ingredients recommended to be avoided ◠̈ poppi is safe though!

My baby was 8.1 full term and I was huge, no stretch marks. I think less prevalent with fair skin??? Idk but yes it doesn’t hurt to care for your skin! Xo

Someone I follow mentioned she got rid of her stretch marks post-partum with "Intracell Microneedling." It apparently takes a few sessions but is worth it if you dont want so many stretch marks.
