The video, at best, seemed very rushed with seconds to see an item before wizzing off to the next food counter. A sprint rather then a leisurely walk through the buffet area

Ugh.... disgusting. THIS is why I hate buffets. The young man and then the woman with the wide brimmed white white hat, stuffing food in their mouths with their fingers then reaching for the utensils.
just back do not go on tis cruise ship chefs can not cook food awfull staff not trained and rude not enough staff on duty queues of people's at bar and at reception everyone complaining 3 smalls pools people fighting and I mean fighting over sunbeds and some clever as s decide to put large Sunbeds in the pool so less room in the pool and when water splashes on the beds people are arguing with each other a nightmare you do not get what you payed for Helena Dempsey Ireland
this new ship is a disaster we were a group of 23 from co Wicklow food was awful chefs can not cook no choice staff not trained at the bars 2 on duty to serve and Make tea and coffee staff rude toilets dirty and blocked at pool area reported to staff not dealt with people fighting over sunbeds and I mean physicaly and pool attendees did nothing that went on for at least 2 hours 3 smalls pools for 5700 1 of them 10 people would fit in not joking shocking believe me when i say you do not get what you pay for we will never Travel with msc or book with click & go again we have complained and response was very disappointing do not go with msc
nmg this food is soooooo awfull underccooked no choice all for the Italians dining area not set up properly glasses cup cold milk in the hot milk flask staff not trained and sooooo rude not helpful the American will not put up with this when they arrive spook remember the bedrooms are to small a big sofa bed our bed were not change until we complained we had to wait at least 20 mins at night to get drinks from the bars again not enought staff on so staff that was on tryed to cope was rude and did not cope went to reception to complain and guess what oh ya long queue to complain again not enought staff
no managers on duty they take note but they wouldn't sign it disaster very unprofessional
I nearly forgot to mention you have to for shows at night and you get a free coctail put the coctail a cheap warm wine or warm orange 3 pools got 5666 people lpoole 10 the main poo some smart guy put bid LG sunroom in those
