Lets forge tongs

i´m really bad in making tongs. so i training myself in moment and made a video about it for entertainment. my camera dont like for some reason filming this.
forging blades is much more easy.(and something i enjoy much more)

Very nice work, have you tried forge welding the handles- looks like these are stick welded? Thanks for the inspiration.

hi Frank,
just as you sayed these handles are stick welded. its fast and easy to do. and thats why i like it. my last forge welding is something like 2 years back. sure it would look much cleaner but tongs just have to do their job. for bladesmithing its more than strong enough.
