I remember being in the cinema...the shock of 'kobayashi' on the coffee cup, left the cinema stunned...bought another ticket and went straight in for the next show.
That was the same year? Amazing The 90s had such an embarrassment of riches when it came to movies. There's never been a more incredible decade for movies. You know it was a good year when this movie didn't even win best picture 😂
Yo seriously. The 90s were unbelievable. Like look up the movies that this movie lost best picture to. Mid 90s there was an insane run of masterpieces and this is my favorite but I can totally see why other movies are more highly rated
There is no Keyser Soze, the only thing Verbal said that was true was KS is a fairy story wise guys tell their kids... There was no Verbal Kint either.
The twist ending was ruined for me before I ever saw the movie, so I never got to have this amazing revelation moment. It's nice to see other people enjoying it ❤
So it's like this..Verbal already gave his statement and had a deal set in place so anything after that was inadmissable in court leaving him free to say whatever he wants..What the cop wanted to know was what he left OUT of the statement and that's all he needed to weave his tale..Brilliant writing..
An interesting thing and IMO the biggest hint, in the very first scene when Keyser confronts Keaton, it is in fact Kevin Spaceys voice talking to him The first time i saw this movie i recognized his voice, but i actually ended up forgetting about that completely by the end and was still totally shocked that it was Verbal (which btw Soze means Verbal in turkish 😂😂)
If You Appreciate This Film... The Best Thing To Do Is... Watch This A Second Time To See The Subtle "Misdirected Gotcha Moments" We Are Treated To Throughout...
The best is everyone goes to wait is it all made up when it’s actually way better. Verbal told the true story but just mixed up the names. All the asides about coffee beans etc was stalling for time

Nice
Amazing film and arguably the greatest ending in cinema history.
Definitely one of the best surprise endings!
Check the mist also has a great ending😂
1995 was a hell of a year for Kevin Spacey -- this movie (for which he won the Oscar) and also playing the villain in Se7en
That was the same year? Amazing

He had outbreak as well
Thanks for the compilation, these comps are addicting to watch
Gen X had the best movies. Maybe thats why we're still watching them.

A brilliant film, brilliant cast and a script to be proud of!
Another well done, entertaining compilation! 👌
Best few minutes of editing in film history
Thank you for putting this together!
It's not a movie, it's a magic trick.
This is still one of the greatest twists in movie history.
It was a mixture of truth and lies.

When I saw this for the first time in 1996, I remember yelling "holy shit! Verbal is Keyser Soze?"
Keyser Sose in front of you the whole time. And just like that. He’s gone.
So it's like this..Verbal already gave his statement and had a deal set in place so anything after that was inadmissable in court leaving him free to say whatever he wants..What the cop wanted to know was what he left OUT of the statement and that's all he needed to weave his tale..Brilliant writing..
Masterpiece movie

This is the greatest crime thriller ever written.
"....and just like that..... Kevin Spacey has gone to england"

the unusual suspects - studio c reaction

sooo basically, the whole story didn't happen (in the movie), nothing at all, it was all a bluff, total fabrication except for the last minutes...
