First part sounds/is great, 2nd isn't in my opinion, by living there, health will decrease, especially when physical stress is combined with other stress(mental, chemical)... and, " this powerful machine" turns to health problems

I love how starts as sharing she FAILED, which is normal, most of these youtubers try to HIDE their failures and talk about how they immediately started reaching out for success,but she lets us know its OKAY TO FAIL AS LONG AS U PICK URSELF UP!
So many UA-camrs talk about their failures. Also, every woman who filmed a “Train for Life” talked about their failures.
The "it's a beautiful day to be alive" part was so touching, loved it!
IF U WATCH HER VIDEOS A YEAR AGO..she was so skinny ,,she has truly sculpt her body to her preferance and her booty growthh!! omg i honestly look up to her and SHEEEVA FIT!! shes soo hard working !

Whitney is my fave person to go to for exercise. I'm a total beginner with weight lifting and since I've been watching her for over a year now, switching up routines has kept me coming back to the gym.

I have same experience.... I am 19 years old Japanese. When I started to study abroad in Australia, I had no friend and I was afraid of meeting people and talking to them... But I decided to go to the gym to escape from my loneliness.. I didn’t know the way to use any training machine... Then I was told by one stranger that I should do workout with a personal trainer to prevent injury. This was the beginning of my workout. Currently I am in Japan due to the coronavirus situation and my student VISA state, I have no idea from when I can go back to study in Australian university.. In this kind of situation, I have never stopped doing workout even though I cannot go to the gym. I hope everyone will be happier than yesterday. Thanks and do workout right now!!

This is why Whit is one of my favorite people in the entire world even though I’ve never met her in person. WHIT is my all time favourite. I love her videos of inspiration, what she eats in a day, her morning routine and just her great sense of humour she's a beautiful human being with a beautiful heart. I'm a 53 year old female and as I look back at my life I had quite a similar life to Whitney. I've been in a lot of dark places in my life where I just had to pick myself up and face a new day with new challenges. And the scariest part of all of this is that no one understands what depression feels like...." Snap out of it you have so much to live for" that's what everyone said and it just made me feel worthless. I've been in the fitness industry since I was 20 years old and truly exercise and nutrition is one of the best tools to have in life. I watch Whitney's videos until early hours of the morning she's like and ADDICTION, once I start watching I simply cannot stop and my husband keeps on asking what I'm doing at this time of the morning.... 1:28 She is spot on. Whatever gets you there. I always tell people, pick some core consistent stuff to work on, then set some time or days aside just to experiment and play around. Most people aren't trying to be professionals so no need to be hardcore. Just put in the effort but try to enjoy yourself too.
