- Day 10 of Donald Trump’s hush money criminal trial began with a second gag order hearing. Prosecutors accused Trump of four gag order violations, in addition to the nine violations he was fined $9,000 for on Tuesday.
Testimony also continued from Keith Davidson, with him stating in front of jurors, “There was an understanding that our efforts may have in some way - strike that - our activities may have in some way assisted the presidential campaign of Donald Trump.”

Victims are entitled to immunities where prosecutors would not be able to present certain information because the information that victims provide are considered derivatives of the discovery because it only validates the facts of the victim being victimized.

The sworn affidavit is an attachment to the prosecution discovery allowing the discovery to be barred or from being presented to the jury and if any information has already been provided will have to be instructed by the judge to the jury to disregard and would be not allowed to be used to making gulty verdict
