It is definitely sarcasm. Notice they only lip sync at the end where they say they don't want to "wife".
I think there aren't any subs because the Korean is filled with innuendo and that wouldn't translate - KBS band it from their channels as inappropriate.
Yuqi and Soyeon - the "rappers" have the slowest raps in the song and I kind of love it.
I do think she plays with English too, including Korean pronunciation as many Koreans will pronounce it more like "wipe" - and they do at the beginning. In fact, the chorus sounds like "want me to wipe but sh** is" the way it is sung initially
