That looks really nice Mate, what a great area to sit and have a morning coffee on. Fully utilising your space there Buddy. Love that Goshiki, just stunning 👍
Brilliant job as usual 👏 👍. I have seen your article in koi talk. Keep up the good work. I have no idea what you are going to do after your grow on tanks.
You never stop doing something I think you need to get those ponds built in the garage asap due to all the fish you keep buying but good work well done 👏🏻👏🏻
Hi Lee are you feeding floating food only if so and some sinking food as well which will send some of the koi to the bottom, had the same problem when feeding at 24c with very large koi and that solved the problem. It's all looking good 👍
Hello Lee just wondering if you or anyone else here can help me. My pond is very similar to yours just slightly bigger 36000 ltrs. Insulated the same and windows little smaller. Looking at getting a air source heat pump but not sure how much it will cost to run only going to run it spring summer autumn. Any idea ball park how many Kwh a day it will be or running cost per day/month
@@leehadfield6881 haha yeah your fish are looking good on it some beauties in there. Just don't want to pay out for a 20 kW heater and can't afford to run it. Not a lot of info out there on running costs.
Probably too late as you may have done it by now, but you could clad the pond vertically with timber, then it would not look like a sleeper pond, which you said you didn’t want 😊
Lee you are a frickin work horse 💪🏽 With the koi all crashing into each other we mix in saki balance sinking into the feeder and it stopped the koi getting damaged as the are bottom feeders naturally (look at the down tuned mouth). Garden is looking awesome......you can do mine if you like 🤔 you know we have a tiny garden 🤣
My fish where fighting for food to and damaging their fins. Now I put half sinking and half floating food in. That seems to do the trick. Half of them going for the bottom now instead of all fighting at the surface
Presume u mean face book, bear with thi, as just getting me head round UA-cam face book couldn't find u, n am struggling with fb format, me n tec....... I'll get me daughter to show me later "again" great wot u do, cheers Terry.
Looking great Lee, glad you sorted the spindles . As a rule spindle gap should be no more than 100mm, this is so young children cannot put there heads through.
