At 57 I have been into rock for 40+ years. There have been a lot of good bands over the decades, but no one in the last 20 years has caused me to be addicted to their music like these girls have.
Hola tengo 60, y me sucede igual que a ti, amo esta banda ⚡♥️, saludos desde Venezuela 🤘😎
Contains one of my favorite lyrics ever "If karma doesn't hit you, then I will". 🤘🏻
It is a great one!
Note that Ale actually plays a power chord on bass for the second note of the chorus every time… So heavy sounding… and not for wimpy bass players
Seen her tear an apple in half? Short but funny video. Ale is stronk.
Don't get Pau mad and she'll write a song about it. A friend wanted Pau to spend more time with her instead of beng in the band.
And that friend said why waste your time when nothing is going to come of it (or something like that).
What a selfish fool.
This is excellent song writing. 💥PAU💥 She's the culprit for this one... 🤯🤘🎶✌️
Pau killed it on these lyrics, she’s a genius for diss songs 😂🤘
What's the word? Refreshing. Engaging. Entertaining.
All those work for me.
They really all fit and perform their roles so well.
💯💯
Ugh is their best song ever. Animosity is right up there though.
Ugh is so much fun to play on guitar aswell!
Crazy how they made 2 songs out of UGH
I prefer this but sure! Ugh is in my top 5!
Yet another reason to not piss Pau off, unless of course you want to have a scathing song written about you!
They are going to be huge ..Rock isn’t ready for this bad ass band to take over ..🤘
they definitely have their "game" face,,i find it so fun trying to "listen in" to one of them,, so many cool little gems,,jeezz what to listen to?, same concert Kool Aid Kids,,
Thanks!
One of my favorite The Warning songs. Not only sounds amazing but the lyrics are great.
Indeed!
"Hell You Call A Dream" is the new song that has the pro shot live video from the Pepsi Center CDMX. The Friday prior to that video, TW dropped 2 lyric videos, one for HYCAD, and the other for the new Spanish language song, Que Mas Quieres.
best song EVER
People say you don't have a favorite TW song, that your favorite is the last one you heard...granted but...Animosity is my favorite. It was yesterday, it is today and will be tomorrow! 🤘🎸🎶
1. Alive means to be dead, a bullet to the head
2. Fake funerals for all my friends
3. It's not me, it's you, The one who never got a clue
4. If karma doesn't hit you, then I will
5. I hope to God you know this smile is just for show
6. Mayday, mayday, this ship is going down
Excellent lyrics!
Excellent
I really like the OMV for Animosity.
It’s worth checking out on your own time.
Even if you’re not into the style of the video (DPA is) it is still interesting.
Pau wrote this to memorialize a lost friendship that really hurt her.
This song is an expression of anger and resentment towards said person and the remembrance of the hurtful moments in reflection over time.
It also expresses a desire for revenge through karma or more personal means.
It’s really a song about the stages of grief involved in losing a relationship that was once valuable and still hasn’t been completely emotionally resolved.
Dany (guitar) works hard to get the emotion correct that Pau (drums) was experiencing when she wrote this song... *Animosity* was spawned from a childhood friendship breaking up...
basically the story is that someone said something like, "come hang out with us. that band thing won't go anywhere. why are you wasting your time?" well, you can imagine how that went over... TWA like to joke that the moral of the story is "Don't upset Pau or you may be memorialized in a song" 😹
*Fade Away* from the _"Escape the Mind"_ EP is similar to *Animosity* in that both talk about moving on after others have attempted to sully your drive and determination... i can easily see both of them being initially developed around the same time frame...
_some lyrics from _*_Fade Away_*_ :_
They told me I couldn't do it
That I would stumble and fall
I would get cuts and bruises
That I just should give up
[...]
And I'll walk, walk
Walk until the very top
And I'll run, run
Even though I stumble and fall
And I'll jump, jump
Jump until I reach the sun
And I'll shine, shine
Shine until my light fades away
TWA ⚡🤘😸🤘⚡ TWA
Yeah just be careful what you say and do around The Warning because if Karma doesn't hit you then I will. The lyrics are as well written as the songs with The Warning. They're always catchy, like the music, but they're also usually something worth thinking about and pondering over, like poetry. I love the transitions in this song, particularly how they come out of the Mayday section and it literally feels like a ship lost at sea: "Where is it going"? But of course we already know where it is going yet it still surprises in how artfully it's pulled back into the bridge/chorus.
All the songs at this show are awesome Disciple with Pau and Dany sharing lead vocals or Dust to Dust with Pau singing lead you're gonna love Hell you call a Dream it's a banger. Great reaction this song is crazy good. 🔥⚡
Thanks!
The Pepsi Center song Hell You Call A Dream is one you'll love, I'll tell you that right off. Everything they do is a fresh blast of goodness. Been following bands for decades, never expected three young sisters from Mexico to give new life to the rock world. But they'll be shaking things up for quite some time to come. Thanks, always good to hear your impressions.
I did. That reaction drops today. ☺️
As Eric Clark said, "they paint with amazing colors and emotion", that, with the tightest pocket of music, they just hit your SOUL!!! Great Reaction!!
Well said!
This is the first song I heard from them. After listening I immediately became a Patron.
Makes perfect sense.
First video I found when a friend told me to check out The Warning, been hooked, I mean obsessed ever since...
Yep. 😆
❤❤❤❤❤
TW❤ the next level
This song is my go-to when doing intense cardio
I get that!
Ale always looks so classy.
Subbing since you are doing *The Warning!*
Will be for awhile! Welcome!
Ale! 😎
We did miss you guys so glad to have you back. We know what your focus is and that works for me and many of us for sure!
This is a great song and the lyrics are some of the best they’ve written. Many comments have already explained the inspiration. The moral of the story is don’t piss off Pau!
You’re gonna have a blast with the next one: Hell You Call a Dream from the Pepsi Center in Mexico City. It is epic! Looking forward to your reaction to that.
Thanks!
I really appreciate that. And yes that reaction is coming up today!

🤘🏻🤘🏻
❤🤘
I love how Pau sing with rage even his mic is mute.
this is my favorite Warning song, is at the level of Accept or Judas Priest. A total modern rock masterpiece! Mayday!!!!!!! Mayday!!!!!!! Mayday!!!!!!!
Yeah I get that!
at 2:59 nice pause luv it. Ale's like she's blown away :)
🤣
Their all around best song imo, written by Pau after a friend told her the band wasn't going to be successful. The lyrics are very ugly and honest, and very relateable.
Yeah I know those types. Shame.
THIS IS STILL FAVORITE SONG THAT THEY'VE DONE❤❤❤
It’s a killer song.
Uno de los mejores temas de The Warning ,Animosity ,gran riff un tema compuesto por Pau
This song goes hard
Songs come and go from TW, each one -so damn cool ......but Animosity remains my fav. A truly Rock Masterpiece !!. Period.
It is a great song!
Thanks Rooster!
Any time!
Welcome back 👍🏼
Thanks!
🤘😎❤️⚠️
Wait, you were gone for 2 weeks? I hadn't even noticed heh heh 😏 😂😂😂 jkjkjk 💜💜
I also just listen to a song without really paying attention to the song for the first like 10 - 20 times lol I care more about the music than the lyrics
You’re awesome Lexi. And yeah, I like we absorb music the same way
@@ThunderRooster I'm glad you get my jokes 😂 most ppl take me too seriously lol and yes I think it's awesome! So many times, ppl will talk about how much they love a song, and I'm like, "yeah yeah mee tooo! That breakdown was awesome". And then they go on to tell me about the lyrics and how much they mean to them, and I'm like,.... "😦 uhhh, uhm, he said that? Hadn't noticed. Must have just not understood becuz of the 'screaming'" ehem, cough. Yup. That's what it was... lmao 😂 I never really know what to say at that point 😂 😂
What I particularly like about this vibrant song is the punk undertones (no pun intended) to it. Gives it life, soul and heart that is so sadly lacking in the world of pop these days. Its like a breath of fresh air shooting through the tired old world of commercial music that the industry has done more than anyone else to kill interest.
You know as a musician, I can say that what you are hearing is in perfection. These days everyone is trying to be robotic. And these girls just play. It’s the human side of music that everyone is craving. I enjoy this a lot.
Ugh is another one of the warnings awsome song
Animosity a MUST AT WACKEN 👹🤘🏽💥🔪🍻🤘🏽💥👹🍻
I had no idea they did Wacken!
Dust to Dust?
Nice reaction, about your " I didn't see that coming " comment, you know that the main "argument" that their mexican critics have is that they are the most "generic" band in existence right now, and they sound just like every other band ... that just makes me laugh so hard!!!!
Seriously?! lol what a joke.
Want to see a reaction to Blood by In the Moment. I hope I got that right
I know that one. I opened for them in Arkansas back in the day.
💖✨🔥⚡🚀🤘🏽
