Jungkook really does love his members. I’m on a G. C. F marathon(coz I miss it) and the way he captured everything is very beautiful. It’s like seeing the daily life of BTS and it’s an honour to be able to see this side. The way he captures the members, as a person who is passionate about filming, I can say with certainty that he is very fond of his members. It’s the way he captures them, you know? I can’t explain it well, you just understand when you watch the G. C. Fs. He is so creative with the transitions too, it’s a delight to see💜
One thing I understood, JK is complex yet amazing and Jeon jungkook is very simple guy and a calm person, polite and keep it to himself kinda guy. He's very observant and has a very unique way capturing things. I love both versions of him 💜🤌✨

I love to watch all the concerts/musters/etc, and the fun and energetic Run BTS shows and the like, but I really enjoy GCF footage like this where we get to see the in-between. It's refreshing and calming.

As someone who works in a creative field like this, I absolutely love this video! Some people are worried that JK looks tired out, and of course backstage isn't particularly glamorous, but for those of us who choose this kind of job that's part of what we love about it! It's not for everyone - but there's thrill and satisfaction in tiring yourself out like that and pushing yourself (within limits) to create something amazing. Even the quiet mundanity behind the scenes has it's charms, being surrounded by fellow professionals, all working together to create something so huge... I recognised so much of myself in this video, and I love what I do. I chose a challenging life. It's awesome that Bangtan will show us the reality of their lives and don't sugar-coat things, but remember they're adults who make their own choices, so don't feel too sad that they aren't jumping for joy or wrapped up in cozy blankets at every moment!!
I completely agree with you! As a struggling indie filmmaker myself and kpop fan I really appreciate the rawness and closeness of Jungkook's documentary short films. No added background music, spotlights, or fancy equipment. Just a camera and the people to create a story. Love it! This inspires me even more to continue on my creative endeavors. 💜
@monchaichan Same here! I'm attempting to be an indie filmmaker / game dev + I've worked behind the scenes on movie sets, in theatre and for live music. I've been a kpop fan for about 10 years now, ARMY for almost 5. Personally, although the other GCFs are very technically impressive, this is my favourite so far because of how raw it is. Jungkook really has talent in filmmaking too!

The reason I love G.C.F. is that it offers such a unique perspective on their day to day lives and how they feel about it. Very rarely when the members are filmed do they actually look tired or fed up but Jungkook does such a great job of conveying that without it being negative. They allow themselves to be vulnerable around him and show just how hard they work and how much they suffer for their art and their fans. Jungkook, you are talented 👍

Every other artist at their concert would have said thanks for coming gave a wave then walked off stage but the boys spent 5 minutes walking around the stage just to wave and say the love army💜

Ok none of y'all probably wanna hear this but... I can relate to them, in a way. Of course, I didn't have interviews 24/7, but there are quite a few things I can relate to. First of all, I've performed on stage multiple times. Now you might think, "Well most people have, it's not that big a deal." Well, I've performed at a very expensive, large, and "nice" place. I performed on the stage AND a mini-concert in the lobby. Now for the practicing. We did a lot of practice, and were expected to practice a lot at home too. Practicing was extremely difficult, as our teachers were EXTREMELY picky. We learned all the choreography closer to the concert, which wasn't helping our stress levels at all. Now for things like events outside of concerts. The choir (I forgot to mention it was a choir) had a lot of necessary extras for us to do, WITH OUR OWN TIME. One that I recall was Bingo. Depending on how old you were, would determine what you were doing. I was young, so I had to wave around raffle tickets for people who wanted to buy some. FOR TWO HOURS. Oh, and we had to wear our choir shirts, REALLY uncomfortable shoes, and dress pants. It. Was. HELL. On top of all that, we had only 3 breaks for the whole shift! So, that was my half rant, and half relating to our guys 🙃
It started so simply. 🍂Just a hotel room. A few moments with his hyungs talking about the concerts or really simple matters. A few moments of joy. The preparation for the concert. The soundcheck with Army. The concert. The depart. Just this simple sentence about opening the window for waving back at army means so much too. He truly loves his fans. Then he comebacks to this hotel room. Maybe it's the same one as this morning. Maybe it's a different one. He showed us different parts of him walking into that room. Just simple things. But it meant so much. He shared with us a part of his day, his life. He's making us feel he's not just an artist, he's human too. He didn't put any music during this video. He really wanted to keep it simple. In that way, we empathize more on his ordinary day, life. 🍁 And you could be jealous, envy him, feel sad about his daily life, him always in a hotel room and exhausted, or just happy because he's living his dream. But one thing is sure, you're gonna feel something when he closed that closet. This last shot is so meaningful. Us in HIS closet. 🌹 This filter is at the same time nostalgic, beautiful, not perfect. And that's exactly the beauty of this. The members are gonna feel really overwhelmed when they're gonna watch this in a few years. Maybe, even more, overwhelmed that the Burn the Stage series, as it's Jungkook's eyes. 💜

I'm so happy that Jeongguk feels comfortable enough with us that he can let us it to this intimate part of his world. We also gotta thank bighit for letting the boys have so much freedom. For letting them goof around and make fun of hitman bang, for making songs about the faults of society, for letting them post whatever on their twitter account (except the obvious "no drunk posts" etc), for letting Jungkook produce his own videos as well as letting him produce a song, and letting the vocal line do covers of any song at whatever time. They are able to do *tons* of stuff many other companies would easily say no to.

this is just beautiful. there are so many feelings in this video and it almost feel nostalgic. kind of like a documentary of 7 legendary guys in their young age, pursuing their career with fans that they know would never leave their side even until they grow older.

I think the reason for choosing 9/29 Newark concert might that... there was nothing "special" about it. I mean, it wasn't their first US stadium concert, it wasn't their first concert on this tour or anything like that. Because there was nothing extraordinary about that concert, it shows much better how their everyday life looks like.

On the VLIVE that Jungkook recently did for only 10 minutes, he mentioned that the camera is from Jungkook's perspective. What Jungkook sees with his eyes everyday. The day starts off and ends. At the concert time...it goes to army's perspective. In our eyes, they are BTS performing, we don't know what is happening behind cameras. Jungkook filmed the whole day and focused on the things he loves to look at and enjoy...things that make him happy and such. I hope the people that are new, support kookie (our bunny)
I dont think ppl realise just HOW talented jungkook is with his videos. I dont even have to be an expert on video editing to say that this was an absolute master piece. His angles, the decision for no background music, the time, the old-vibe filter, no verbal introductory or speech throughout the whole thing, everything about it was perfect to the point where im getting chills all over again just thinking about it. If he ever does decide to take video editing srsly, jungkook would be a force to be reckoned with. Not to mention, he would demolish any vlogger. The perspective behind this was also amazing. It’s like seeing the daily life of BTS and it’s an honour to be able to see this side. As someone who works in a creative field like this, I absolutely love this video! Some people are worried that JK looks tired out, and of course backstage isn't particularly glamorous, but for those of us who choose this kind of job that's part of what we love about it! It's not for everyone - but there's thrill and satisfaction in tiring yourself out like that and pushing yourself (within limits) to create something amazing. Even the quiet mundanity behind the scenes has it's charms, being surrounded by fellow professionals, all working together to create something so huge...
I recognised so much of myself in this video, and I love what I do. I chose a challenging life. It's awesome that Bangtan will show us the reality of their lives and don't sugar-coat things, but remember they're adults who make their own choices, so don't feel too sad that they aren't jumping for joy or wrapped up in cozy blankets at every moment!!
I completely agree with you! As a struggling indie filmmaker myself and kpop fan I really appreciate the rawness and closeness of Jungkook's documentary short films. No added background music, spotlights, or fancy equipment. Just a camera and the people to create a story. Love it! This inspires me even more to continue on my creative endeavors. 💜
@monchaichan Same here! I'm attempting to be an indie filmmaker / game dev + I've worked behind the scenes on movie sets, in theatre and for live music. I've been a kpop fan for about 10 years now, ARMY for almost 5.
Personally, although the other GCFs are very technically impressive, this is my favourite so far because of how raw it is. Jungkook really has talent in filmmaking too!

The reason I love G.C.F. is that it offers such a unique perspective on their day to day lives and how they feel about it.
Very rarely when the members are filmed do they actually look tired or fed up but Jungkook does such a great job of conveying that without it being negative. They allow themselves to be vulnerable around him and show just how hard they work and how much they suffer for their art and their fans.

Every other artist at their concert would have said thanks for coming gave a wave then walked off stage but the boys spent 5 minutes walking around the stage just to wave and say the love army💜

Ok none of y'all probably wanna hear this but...
I can relate to them, in a way.
Of course, I didn't have interviews 24/7, but there are quite a few things I can relate to. First of all, I've performed on stage multiple times. Now you might think, "Well most people have, it's not that big a deal." Well, I've performed at a very expensive, large, and "nice" place. I performed on the stage AND a mini-concert in the lobby. Now for the practicing. We did a lot of practice, and were expected to practice a lot at home too. Practicing was extremely difficult, as our teachers were EXTREMELY picky. We learned all the choreography closer to the concert, which wasn't helping our stress levels at all. Now for things like events outside of concerts. The choir (I forgot to mention it was a choir) had a lot of necessary extras for us to do, WITH OUR OWN TIME. One that I recall was Bingo. Depending on how old you were, would determine what you were doing. I was young, so I had to wave around raffle tickets for people who wanted to buy some.
FOR TWO HOURS.
Oh, and we had to wear our choir shirts, REALLY uncomfortable shoes, and dress pants.
It.
Was.
HELL.
On top of all that, we had only 3 breaks for the whole shift!
So, that was my half rant, and half relating to our guys 🙃
It started so simply. 🍂Just a hotel room. A few moments with his hyungs talking about the concerts or really simple matters. A few moments of joy. The preparation for the concert. The soundcheck with Army. The concert. The depart. Just this simple sentence about opening the window for waving back at army means so much too. He truly loves his fans. Then he comebacks to this hotel room. Maybe it's the same one as this morning. Maybe it's a different one. He showed us different parts of him walking into that room. Just simple things. But it meant so much. He shared with us a part of his day, his life. He's making us feel he's not just an artist, he's human too. He didn't put any music during this video. He really wanted to keep it simple. In that way, we empathize more on his ordinary day, life. 🍁
And you could be jealous, envy him, feel sad about his daily life, him always in a hotel room and exhausted, or just happy because he's living his dream. But one thing is sure, you're gonna feel something when he closed that closet. This last shot is so meaningful. Us in HIS closet. 🌹
This filter is at the same time nostalgic, beautiful, not perfect. And that's exactly the beauty of this. The members are gonna feel really overwhelmed when they're gonna watch this in a few years. Maybe, even more, overwhelmed that the Burn the Stage series, as it's Jungkook's eyes. 💜

I'm so happy that Jeongguk feels comfortable enough with us that he can let us it to this intimate part of his world. It's one thing to have a camera crew recording things for you, but for him to film and edit this video himself really shows the trust he puts in us. this is just beautiful. there are so many feelings in this video and it almost feel nostalgic. kind of like a documentary of 7 legendary guys in their young age, pursuing their career with fans that they know would never leave their side even until they grow older.

I think the reason for choosing 9/29 Newark concert might that... there was nothing "special" about it. I mean, it wasn't their first US stadium concert, it wasn't their first concert on this tour or anything like that. Because there was nothing extraordinary about that concert, it shows much better how their everyday life looks like.

This film feels like Jungkook's monologue to me. So intimate, affectionate and also questioning. Certainly, I love you all as you are even though you all look dishevelled, bare-faced and physically tired. I adore you not for glamour or pretty faces. I admire you BTS for musical talents, enthusiasm, incessant efforts and love for fans. The UN speech got me thinking a lot about self-love and now at dawn. this GCF makes me so emotional and content.

I love how simple yet mesmerising this film is. It was put together so perfectly. All the random bits in their life. I don't think I can ever get over how amazing BTS are. Jungkook's style and way he films and sees his life and his members around him, makes me appreciate them all the more. Jungkook, you really do have the talent and the keen eye to capture the seemingly normal, everyday moments and turn them into a beautiful compilation. I hope you are able to do these films whenever you have time. I hope you can get more than enough rest for all the tiring concerts you and all of BTS pull through with. These GCF films are THAT meaningful, I hope you get all the recognition and praise you deserve. And, I know this isn't just for Army, it's a wonderful thing having a habit you can share with your fans all around the world.

I AM CRYING WHY IS HE SO TALENTED also, since no is talking about this..i will tell you all about this. On the VLIVE that Jungkook recently did for only 10 minutes, he mentioned that the camera is from Jungkook's perspective. What Jungkook sees with his eyes everyday. The day starts off and ends. At the concert time...it goes to army's perspective. In our eyes, they are BTS performing, we don't know what is happening behind cameras. Jungkook filmed the whole day and focused on the things he loves to look at and enjoy...things that make him happy and such. I hope the people that are new, support kookie (our bunny)

I dont think ppl realise just HOW talented jungkook is with his videos. I dont even have to be an expert on video editing to say that this was an absolute master piece. His angles, the decision for no background music, the time, the old-vibe filter, no verbal introductory or speech throughout the whole thing, everything about it was perfect to the point where im getting chills all over again just thinking about it. If he ever does decide to take video editing srsly, jungkook would be a force to be reckoned with. Not to mention, he would demolish any vlogger.
The perspective behind this was also amazing. Getting a chance to see into the daily life of jungkook, a bts member. He portrayed it in such a captivating way. This was-honestly have no words to describe it; Just know that my heart rate increases, goosebumps all over my body and im flippin at how jungkook once again has blown my mind.

I enjoyed this so much. The old school home movie vibes, the feel like you're somehow there with them, but also seeing it through his eyes. He gives you this feeling of being a part of it in a way. You can see them in a more natural way than if their staff was recording them. This is them, being them.
