    Great video and channel. Thank you. The production quality is high and the lighting is just perfect. Strange though that the playback is a little fuzzy, and the highest resolution is 720p. Just wanted to give a heads up about this because it's probably an easy fix.

    Since Maty and Chuck sold Yogaworks, the company has tried to reinvent itself through many incarnations. Unfortunately, it never recovered from its original foundation, technique and educational purpose.

    This instructor is great. This company is ridiculous. To have your yoga practice interrupted by an ad.... Just don't put the video up if you can't afford to NOT interrupt it with ads.

    Would have been more instructional and beneficial to have less experienced students so that the teacher could correct alignment rather than just calling out the poses and leaning up against the wall. Some of the teacher's comments were condescending and should have been edited.
