This is just great. They made me destroy my blender and its been over three months and I have not received a thing. No happy. Any idea of when will they send them?
I've been waiting since December. It's really terrible!!
@@dawnp9804same here, from December 2023- IT’S NOW JULY 8th & still nothing!! So wrong. Hard to find any info on it.
Poor customer service - they ignore you. Have been waiting since 1/1/24 no updates and a few ignored emails.
Almost 3 months from reporting my "recalled" blenders and no response. Also they aren't answering on my email :(
My question is the same as the first person why are your replacements not being sent out?! It’s been since January 2024 and it is now March 7th you guys have made everyone destroy their recalled blendjets instead of us just returning the product and yet I still can’t track an order nor have you been forthcoming with information to let ppl know when you are going to start sending out new product! Very frustrating and unprofessional. Yet you are sending emails on more products to purchase miss me with the tomfoolery! Why would I purchase anything more from your company when I haven’t even received my jet product….
It's now the 10th July and I still haven't received my replacement parts! And they still can't give me answer as to when I will actually receive them.
Finally received my replacement today...the company had posted of supply chain issues so delayed until started shipping just now in March.
Still waiting for mine, I've asked for my money back now
Have they responded to your request? I keep seeing everyone saying they’re emails are being ignored. They should’ve just given all of us refunds if they were gonna go through this ridiculousness.

Thank you for reaching out and we apologize for the delay. The replacement kit does come with a new lid as well that will match the base.
We experienced some unforeseen issues in our supply chain, however replacement base kits have started shipping out in early March. We are working to try to get the replacement base kit out to you but we are unable to provide you with a timeframe on when it will be delivered. The recall has impacted us hard and as a small company we are doing our best to get through it and focus on getting these base kits out.
We greatly appreciate your patience and understanding.

Hi Lucy,
I'm sorry, but that's just not good enough. If I was to purchase a new blender I would receive it within a couple of weeks.
It's been months since I rendered my own blender unusable, at your request. And instead of looking after the customers whose money you've already got, it would seem you're focusing on fulfilling orders for new customers.
I have requested a refund on the grounds that you have been unable to provide a replacement product within a satisfactory timescale, and I would suggest that this request is actioned as soon as possible so that I don't have to take further action.
@@Yorkshire-Lass, I have received the same runaround. They made sure THEIR problem didn’t get worse (with new law suits from new injuries/damages), and they are steadily marketing for new purchases. I’ve been waiting since January 6th for this 6-10 week process. They sure are full of excuses, but zero replies or updates. 😤
@@Yorkshire-Lassoh that’s a great reply. I think it would’ve been easier for them to just refund all of us, even could’ve refunded us with a gift card so we’d have to get a new one. They voluntarily did this recall, forcing us to destroy the unit we already owned & here we all are, no blender & none of us wanting to do business with them again. And they were so rude & forced us to have to choose a color we did not want, plus what they did to consumers who paid extra for a pattern- no compensation for that. Just dumb moves all around. And I don’t think they are a ‘small business’ at all.
When are you sending your new replacements
Yea i chopped my gasket Jan 12th 24.. its now March 4th.. grr
