Is 50$ worth more than the longevity of her awesome voice? This is a form self-preservation artists use when they are an actual LIVE act. Hitting all of the lyrics throughout the song is not sustainable, when you have multiple shows during a major tour, so she invoked audience participation and dropped the heavy chorus vocals at the end.

These are sadly "our" times. There are still those real bands and music out there, but not those much listeners anymore..

Mainstream rock was on a decline in the 2010 before social media and streaming totally flipped things over - many bands still exists - even the Guano Apes had an album back in 2017 - but they focus on touring and fanservices which isn't enough to create a mainstream buzz and new fans listen to other genre. Unlike 2000, you're not bound to MTV to discover music, so you have (huge) bubbles and your friends may discovered totally different music, just based on what the algorithm chose for them, not promoters and labels. That's why you have billion-stream songs you have never heard of as a 40-year-old.

Her voice can't do it justice.Even when she sing all the parts.Which is rare. Personally I think you should retire the song from the setlist if you can perform it live. People don't pay to karaoke
