I think I'm going to give another clean.. Got the arm to free up completely, drove 2 miles down the road and the arm was gritty and a bit stiff.. Mind you, goes back free when cool.. Wonder if there is still some crud in there and when everything expands with heat its still catching?. ..
Because the veins are in the hot side. If you take the cold side off the cassette and little wheels that it rides on will fall out and you will lose them. If you want to physically clean it with disassembly you need to remove the manifold in its entirety. I did that, but this method works fine too

Why not open the other side (the side the turbo actuator is on) and spray in from there? taking the hose off and just spray in ?
